The FBI Sued In Madonna Case
For Immediate Release
Miami, Florida – August 31, 2009 - FBI Director Robert S.
Mueller, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and parent agency, the Department
of Justice, have been sued under the Freedom of Information Act and the Civil
Rights Act, regarding negligence, in a case formally filed with them in 2005.
The case pertains to pop singer Madonna, infringing the preexisting copyrights
of indie writer/singer Aisha and harassing her as well.
Two Miami FBI Agents interviewed Aisha in November 2005 regarding the Madonna
case. In July 2006, Aisha was sent a letter from the FBI stating she is a,
“Victim of crime.”
The FBI stated on three separate occasions they are investigating the case.
However, their negligence in the case has endangered Aisha’s life and destroyed
her health.
Madonna continues to irrationally, obsessively and unlawfully, harass and
contact Aisha against her wishes, via her staff, famous producers such as
Jellybean Benitez, Tim “Timbaland” Mosley and Warner Bros labelmate Sean “Diddy”
Combs, actor Mike Epps and other entertainment industry members, in well
documented incidents.
Aisha is being stalked and harassed in misconduct reminiscent of Madonna’s
private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, through local members of her Miami
Kabbalah Center, who continue to aggressively approach and threaten her on
Madonna’s behalf.
There is photographic evidence identifying numerous Miami Kabbalah members
stalking and harassing Aisha on many occasions.
The constant emails, telephone calls, messages and unwanted visits, have wreaked
havoc on Aisha’s health, which culminated in an unprecedented, life threatening,
stress induced brain hemorrhage in October 2008, somewhat similar to the
aneurysms Vice President Joe Biden sustained.
Aisha was hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, due to the “life
threatening” hemorrhage. She is currently undergoing outpatient recovery.
However, continued stalking, harassment and threats from Madonna’s Miami
Kabbalah Center associates, is endangering her life.
Under doctors orders, Aisha is not be subjected to stress, in an attempt to bar
a repeat hemorrhage, which has a very high probability of being fatal. The FBI
has failed to rein in the aforementioned individuals and it poses a significant
danger to Aisha’s life.
Aisha made a formal, written request under the Freedom of Information Act, for
files and records pertaining to the Madonna case. The FBI sent her a response
stating no files were found. Upon appeal, shortly after, they sent her another
letter stating there are files, but she would have to sue them to get it. As
such, Aisha filed suit in Miami Federal Court on August 31, 2009.
The case was referred to President Obama on July 15, 2009, due to the fact
Aisha’s life is in jeopardy. One week later, the Special Agent in Charge of the
Miami FBI throughout the Madonna case, Jonathan I. Solomon, who was also a
former special aide to FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, unceremoniously vacated
his job, quietly leaving the FBI.
Aisha stated, "FBI Director Mueller should bear in mind, the newly elected
President, the Honorable Barack Obama, has promised 'transparency' in
government. Therefore, old policies of secrecy from the former administration
must go. To do otherwise, would be to dishonor President Obama’s pledge to the
nation and the world. Anything less than 'transparency' translates into a
cover-up."
Aisha is the author and owner of a multi-billion dollar valued Copyrighted
Catalog of works, registered with the Library of Congress, that contains 12,500
songs, 1000 movie scripts, movie treatments and short stories, 15 book
manuscripts, 300 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 100 photo treatments,
perfume, clothing line and other items, such as the first solar cell phone. She
is also the author of forthcoming medical and science patents. The name of her
company is Sonustar.
Aisha is also the writer and web designer of a very successful string of
Internet sites read by millions. The sites are AishaMusic.com,
JudiciaryReport.com, SonustarNews.com, SoundOffColumn.com, Compendius.com,
CelluloidFilmReview.com and UnitedPeaceInitiative.com.
Madonna has been infringing Aisha’s copyrights and unlawfully passing around
other items from her Copyrighted Catalog, to business associates, such as Sony,
who emailed Aisha’s official site, inviting her to their offices, but she
declined to go.
Shortly after, Sony's CEO, Howard Stringer, began infringing items in Aisha’s
Copyrighted Catalog for his artists, such as Britney Spears, Beyonce, Carrie
Underwood, Kelly Clarkson and others.
Madonna’s fellow Kabbalah member, Russell Davies, the writer behind the BBC
shows "Doctor Who" and "Torchwood" also infringed items from Aisha’s copyrights.
Aisha's renowned dad and aunt did interviews with the BBC on unrelated subjects,
before this case transpired. Therefore, the family did have a good relationship
with the network, which Madonna sought to disrupt through Davies.
