Aisha v. Madonna Lawsuit CASE BACKGROUND: Madonna has stolen copyrights more than any artist in music history. She has stolen copyrights from dozens of artists, from the very beginning of her fraudulent career (read about it here). Over the course of many years, I authored and registered with the Library of Congress in Washington D.C., my Copyrighted Catalog that contains 12,000 songs, 300 movie scripts and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 200 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 150 photo treatments, a perfume line and clothing line. Years after it was federally registered, a digital copy of my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog I stored on my business computers, was criminally hacked by the company that has hosted, maintained and updated Madonna's website Madonna.com for several years named Digilink. Madonna then began to commit was is known under the law as "criminal copyright infringement" by illegally releasing items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog as her own and selling off other items from my Copyrighted Catalog to associates in Hollywood, such as Warner Bros (her label of many years) and Sony, with whom she shares a lawyer, Robert Jacobs of Manatt and Phelps. Sony also released her infringing album on their Sony Ericsson phones in an exclusive deal. Madonna began passing my copyrights around without permission, via a private, member login website, engaging in a very old, contemptible, unsavory, unlawful industry practice known to the FBI (Sophia Stewart v. Warner Bros). Madonna and her cronies were caught visiting my website, by the website traffic analytic programs used by my hosting companies, before and after the infringement of my copyrights occurred, proving they know who I am and exactly what they were doing regarding this illegality of copyright theft and commissioned hacking (click here for site stats). This case was also sent to the FBI and they stated they are investigating it, which angered Madonna and co. During the course of the case, utilizing serious criminal misconduct Madonna's private investigator Anthony Pellicano has been imprisoned for in another case, I have been emailed death threats and retaliatory threats of violence that came from Madonna.com's hosting company Digilink for reporting the criminal case and suing Madonna. I have received many invasive, harassing, threatening phone calls to my unlisted number from people on Madonna's payroll. My websites and email accounts were hacked as well. labelmates and associates up to contacting me against my wishes - men like
Her sick, obsessive conduct has grown to extreme heights, which saw her rip off my preexisting, copyrighted life story for her debut film "Filth And Wisdom" adding defamatory items, which is also pretty sick (read about it here). How obsessed do you have to be with someone to rip off their life story. I was criminally threatened in public by menacing individuals employing Anthony Pellicano style harassment tactics, who mysteriously know the private details of my life and contents of my personal and business phone calls. During the press conference today, President Obama spoke of people breaking the law by "hacking" into computers and "stealing intellectual property" (copyrights, trademarks and patents). Note to Madonna: he's talking about you, witch! President Obama even referred to a company that lost $400,000,000 via this criminal practice. It appears Madonna and her associates in Hollywood have set the new standard for dirty business dealings in this regard among criminals, creating a nasty template for others to follow. Hollywood private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, had hackers on staff that specialized in this deceitful, illegal practice. Madonna was one of his clients. As many of you have also witnessed, when I write something on the site that is unflattering about Madonna, my websites (and computers) get hacked, sabotaged and delayed. Intellectual property theft is vile, cowardly, lazy and disgraceful. It says to the country and the world, one is too dumb and untalented to author creative works, therefore one will take the dishonorable route of stealing from others' federally registered intellectual property. In my case, the thefts of my copyrights became very malicious and sick. For example, Madonna's cohorts at Lions Gate, a defendant in the 2005 Aisha v. Madonna case, which the latter bought out in violation of criminal statues, went so far, as to arrogantly and criminally steal more copyrights from me two years later in 2007. The

My preexisting copyright was a wonderful, romantic, fictitious movie treatment I wrote about an affluent man on a dating site and women finding out about it and flocking to him. Jamaica and Britain. He even teaches law at a prestigious university. For two weeks he obtained case files and pertinent information
from me on the new Sony Music infringements, which I had written about online,
to familiarize himself with the specifics of the case and how to proceed in the
appropriate fashion. After thoroughly studying the evidence and documented facts, in
a timely manner, he drafted a respectful, truthful and accurate "demand letter"
as it is called in legal jargon, citing all the facts, my copyright certificates
and the infringement comparisons. In the letter, he offered the option of a settlement and amicable resolution to the case, not naming any financial figure regarding it, to make talks as easy as possible. It was as decent and appropriate as a "demand letter" can be. He had it couriered from Kingston, Jamaica to Sony in New York. That was over a month ago...AND SONY HAS NOT RESPONDED. They unlawfully accessed my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, in conjunction with Madonna (who is under contract with Sony, as they distributed her album and other stolen songs of hers through their cell/mobile phones), who started this severe, criminal misconduct, unprovoked. They not only stole copyrighted items viewed by many, right off
my website, they also engaged in
I interpret these thefts and them not responding to the legal
letter from my attorney as Sony and company wantonly and arrogantly disregarding
my legal and civil rights. I have done all I can in good faith to resolve this
matter in civil court, as opposed to criminal court. They have been given the
opportunity to lawfully make amends for what they have done and arrogantly and
disrespectfully refused. Sony in Japan is also fully apprized of Sony New York's conduct, as executives Ryoji Chubachi and Katsumi Ihara were sent cease and desist letters by me in September 2008, as well as New York executives Howard Stringer and Barry Weiss. The other labels infringing my preexisting copyrights in conjunction with Madonna were sent cease and desist letters in September 2008 as well. Then my attorney took over. However, they have not responded to the mid-December 2008 "demand letter" from my lawyer, as Sony clearly wishes to continue criminally stealing from my Copyrighted Catalog. Sony Music is currently still stealing and so is their Overbrook film company run by Will Smith for Sony Pictures. In light of that, let’s shut them down. Take a look at the evidence again for yourself and do remember it the next time Sony tries to sell you a flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player, laptop, PC, video game system, video game, DVD, CD and or music downloads. Madonna More proof that Madonna nor her estranged husband Guy Ritchie should go anywhere near a film set arrived in the form of news that both their films they claim to have directed, bombed spectacularly at the box office. Madonna’s flop "Filth And Wisdom" which is a rip off, fared horribly, only grossing “$18,000” at the box office since its release last month (LOL). What’s sick and disturbing about Madonna’s 2008 movie “Filth And Wisdom” with the title reminding me of an old Swing Out Sister album titled “Filth And Dreams” which I ironically screened on my hacked computers in 2007, is the so-called film is a blatant rip off of a movie I copyrighted two years ago in 2006. The lead character in Madonna’s rip off “Filth And Wisdom” is an immigrant named A.K. aspiring to be a singer. In my 2006 preexisting copyrighted movie script, I star in the biopic, as myself, an immigrant aspiring to be a singer, whose initials are A.K. (short for "Aisha Kamilah" - and I do go by the initials A.K. sometimes or A.G.). The script I wrote in 2006 is reflective of my own real life story and she has ripped it off two years later in 2008 and additionally added some really bizarre things to it. I also recorded and copyrighted a 10-song soundtrack for it in 2006. The soundtrack, the script and some of the footage were all copyrighted by me, from 2006 and is on deposit in the Copyright Office in Washington, DC. Please boycott Madonna’s brother’s book “Life With My Sister Madonna.” In reading excerpted chapters of his book in the Daily Mail and New York Post last week, I found verbatim, word for word rip offs of my preexisting, unreleased copyrighted book “Justice And Truth” that is over two years old and about the Aisha v. Madonna legal case, injustice, inequality, politics, poverty and disease among other things (they really are one of the worst families in the world).

Summary: As many of you know, Madonna, her label and the people she illegally passed my copyrighted catalog to, have been frequent visitors to this web site before and after the criminal copyright infringement of my wholly owned Copyrighted Catalog began. They did not obtain a copy of the Catalog through dumpster diving, as my work is digital and the only print outs that exists in part are sent to the Copyright Office in Washington, D.C. I would say at best only 10% of the Catalog has ever been printed out and it was sent to the Library of Congress in D.C. The standard medium for my copyrights is read-only CD-ROMs. My computers have been hacked on a daily basis in ongoing misconduct that predates the infringement of my preexisting Copyrights. Despite our best efforts at blocking the hacks to my “protected computers” as the legal and software term goes, my system is still suffering from terrible, malicious computer intrusions, commissioned and paid for by Madonna, who is no stranger to copyright infringement claims, having been sued for it more than any other artist in history. She has made a living for 25 years off copyright infringement, which is absolutely shameful and illegal. As mentioned before, two separate computer companies analyzed my computers and placed in writing that the systems are being severely hacked, with one of the computer specialists witnessing one of the hacks before his very eyes and mine. He also documented what he saw.
A McAfee representative confirmed in writing that the "Gateway" posted above is the IP address on the entity requesting access. The above posted IP is constantly trying to get into my computers, is stopped by McAfee for a minute, then illegally breaks in through backdoors, getting into the system.

The emails included personal, distinct info you would only know if you had wiretapped my phone and or were illegally in my home, listening to me speak to my dad and my lawyers. Separately, there was also a harassing email sent to me, registered to DIGILINK's IP that stated things one could only know had you been in my private bank account. I have saved all these emails as evidence. DIGILINK also specializes in high tech phone service over the internet. Then came the terrible revelation about DIGILINK – THEY’VE BEEN PAID FOR YEARS TO HOST AND MAINTAIN MADONNA’S WEB SITE MADONNA.COM. For years Madonna’s web site's IP address with DIGILINK has been 205.147.34.172, up until 5 weeks ago when her hacker illegally accessed my computer and accessed the temp files. When said hacker did, he found a copy of DNS records I’d found online, linking the hacks of my business computers and threatening emails sent to my sites, to the same IP Block and hosting building address for Madonna.com (see the history of Madonna's site DNS records below). I also wrote about it on the Judiciary Report site weeks ago, stating I knew who she paid to do the hacks, how they did it and their business relation to her. After years, all of a sudden she switched IPs like her shirttail was on fire due to the terrible link between her and Digilink. She was switched, because of her irrefutable tie to DIGILINK and the fact she’s been paying someone in that company to commit computer intrusions/hacks, to engage in grand theft larceny of a very valuable Copyrighted Catalog, valued at billions, which constitutes very serious felonies. There is also a link between Digilink, ICANN, IANA and the Kabbalah Center that I will go into shortly. Someone at Digilink is abusing router network clearance privileges and using it to hack into computers. Madonna and Warner Bros are the entertainment industry sites I have found whose IP's registered to Digilink (Warner Bros. has recently switched IPs/hosts as well to get away from the terrible tie in the case). Illegally copied and forwarded my preexisting, multi-billion dollar valued copyrighted catalog to Madonna who began using it in criminal violation of the law. 2. Copied emails between me and my dad who works for the Jamaican government and various correspondences between me and my lawyers, then forwarded them to Madonna, who began spouting off verbatim in later public interviews, items from the preexisting time stamped emails. Copies unreleased site articles in the queue to be published, private papers and documents in my computers that I author and illegally forwards them to Madonna, who like clockwork, a day or so later, places these items, verbatim, attributed to herself, in the Daily Mail, the Sun or on TMZ as Madonna articles. She keeps doing this and there is time stamped proof that I authored them prior to her doing this each time. She’s also been placing my unreleased copyrighted articles, docs and items unique to me and my family, on a few blogs as well, that shall not be mentioned today, but will be in the not too distant future. 4. Illegally copied my Visa debit card number from bills I paid online and purchases I made online, at a time I did not realize her commissioned hackers were illegally in my computers watching and copying everything I did, then used said credit card to commit identity theft, which the FBI said they found evidence of and are investigating. 5. Constantly tries to block my web sites from being published, especially when I write about Madonna or her self-professed “cousin” Hillary Clinton, which are always unflattering articles. 6. Deletes or alters different pages and links of my web sites referencing Madonna’s misconduct. 7. Corrupts and tries to delete medical information pertaining to my parents respective physical health issues, containing doctors’ analysis, recommendations on treatment, medication requirements and recovery. What kind of animal does something like that. This is the kind of psychopath she has hacking my computers. 8. Corrupts and tries to delete scientific research files that are apart of patents. 9. Copied photos of my family members and friends from my computers and email account. 10. Placed spyware on my computers, KeySnatch, to record
everything I type, then quietly emailed it to them. CRIMINAL HARASSMENT We’ve experienced multiple break-ins to our home, during which time copyrighted CD-ROMs were stolen (I have back-ups) – then after the police reports were filed by us, items from said CD-ROMs surfaced in the public domain attributed to Madonna and her cohorts. Here are a few of the (Miami Shores) police report numbers: #03006193, #06001671 and # 06002483. They have deferred to the FBI in this case, stating the "Feds take years." This is true, as Anita Busch went to them in 2002 regarding Bert Fields and Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, and the case went to trial in 2008. Regardless, I'm not depending on the FBI. Our house door locks were picked to such degrees that they began falling off. They were replaced, but due to the ongoing break-ins, started falling off again. Just recently, at the place we moved to, we experienced another break-in, where once again, nothing of physical value was stolen (only CD-ROMs with my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog), but my copyrighted work files and CD-ROMs were rummaged through by someone looking for something who removed a few discs. This break-in destroyed a very sturdy, expensive front door handle that was new when we moved in and the accompanying lock shows signs of tampering. The backdoor lock to my home office/studio was also tampered with to the point it started falling off as well. All my life these things never happened to us anywhere we lived with our locks until this Madonna madness started targeting me. During another break-in to my home a few months ago, once again nothing was taken, but one of my best paintings I did was maliciously defaced out of spite by the intruder. It happened shortly after I received an email to one of my sites asking me to post some of my paintings online. I am being harassed by people she hired, Anthony Pellicano style, when I go outside for my usual evening walks or to places I usual frequent in Miami, when prior to crazy Madonna stealing from and targeting me, never happened. Furthermore, these aren’t regular members of the public, as members of the public do not know what I’m discussing on the phone with my parents, lawyers, business associates and friends, to come up to me in public issuing veiled threats, that are verbatim take offs of my previous phone calls, once again, a la Anthony Pellicano. There have been concerning incidents regarding strangers knocking on my front door and coming up to me while I garden in the front yard, saying very invasive things that they could only know if they were illegally listening into my private phone calls or illegally in my computers. It’s apart of the criminal harassment she is paying for that should not have reached this close to home. She is very sick. Oh, but it gets worse. Idle hands really are the devil's work shop. Madonna and the local private investigator she hired to harass us a la Anthony Pellicano, has even gone so far as to contact people in my personal life offering them money and favors to threaten, verbally abuse and harass me, which is a very serious crime, known as witness intimidation, that’s going to come back to bite her in the butt in court.
Then in February 2008 she had her producer Timbaland contact my MySpace page regarding the criminal copyright infringement they’d just committed and were about to release in 2 months (April 2008). Then there are the harassing calls to my unlisted phone number with veiled and flat-out threats about the legal case, both civil and criminal. My family and I are constantly being harassed by this lunatic and in terrible ways. We want her criminal mischief out of our lives, yet she refuses to stop this sick, depraved conduct. She just keeps getting worse and worse with the misconduct, going further and further each time and it is the sickest, nastiest thing I have ever seen. We are tired of her. As some of you know, Madonna criminally infringed more items from my Copyrighted Catalog again. I have not had time to list out all the infringements in detail today, as it is very time consuming and I am very busy, but I have listed a few in Part 1 of this article. Read below the songs for my opinions on her latest acts of criminal copyright infringement, among other things. The infringements are color coded and go from left to right throughout the boxes below. The third copyrighted song listed below "A Million Miles Away" that she ripped off for her new song "Miles Away" is actually 3 YEARS OLD (registered with the Copyright Office November 22, 2005).
Mad-onna has ripped off many artists' copyrights For background on it, for those of you who don't know, Madonna's has been infringing my copyrighted works over and over again. She has repeatedly ripped off verbatim, distinct items, unique to my copyrighted works that have been in existence and under federal and international protection, well before she did so. Currently, two Miami law firms are working on my behalf regarding copyrights Madonna also spread to affiliated artists and producers she worked with, who also fraudulently took writers credit and royalties for the already registered songs. However, the Madonna infringements and civil rights violations that occurred in tandem with the case, will be handled internationally in separate legal world venues and courts of law.
Edgar Bronfman jr Her label, the beleaguered Warner Music Group, headed by Edgar Bronfman jr., and her publishers have been to this web site before and after the rip offs occurred.
Pharrell Williams Her producer Timbaland, among others she's worked with (Pharrell Williams), who have also been the subject of numerous plagiarism claims from different individuals, sent a friend request to my MySpace page from his music company's page, when he should not have known who I am either.

Then there was her producer, Timbaland, sending a friend request to MySpace page a couple months ago, knowing they had committed criminal copyright infringement for her forthcoming "Hard Candy" CD. Before that, it was a Warner Bros artist named Kyle sending me a harassing email. Then there was a bizarre, threatening phone call to my unlisted number, about Anthony Pellicano, Madonna's PI and that of her lawyer and former manager, containing taunting comments that they have the FBI in their back pocket and nothing is going to come of such cases. After I stated on this site that she ripped off more of my copyrights again, she did an interview and lied, saying the new song "Incredible" that is a dead rip off of my song "Incredible Girl" which was copyrighted almost 2 YEARS BEFORE her rip off, is about having sex with her husband Guy Ritchie, when people in London know he's cheating on her and hates her. Who are you really kidding. You further humiliated him in said interview and made him and yourself look stupid, when you stole a song that's been in existence for 2 YEARS then claimed you wrote it about him. That song isn't about either one of you weirdoes. I wrote and copyrighted that song about me 2 YEARS AGO. It's been on my web site for a year and a half on the lyrics, store and home pages. MILLIONS of people have been to my sites according to irrefutable Traffic Facts data, blog stats and link referrals, and have seen the songs' lyrics and heard the clips. Then here you come like a loser stealing it well AFTER ALL THOSE PEOPLE SAW AND HEARD IT. How do you explain that some thing millions of people have seen and heard online that has been in the Copyright Office in Washington, DC, you ripped off 2 YEARS LATER! Furthermore, look at the idiotic way she butchered my songs with those moronic, nonsensical, simpleton lyrics. Who writes like that. Your writing is so poor, one would think English is not your first language. At least then you'd have an excuse for writing in that manner. The songs don't even make sense anymore. The rip offs look like hodge podge madness that don't go together. There is no way you have a 160 IQ as you publicly claimed, and ironically, you started saying this after I did about myself.
Thanks to all that participated in the Janet Jackson "Discipline" boycott that was successful. The infringing album "Discipline" sold 179,000 copies in the first week. That’s roughly half of what her last album “Damita Jo” sold in the first week. Then in the second week "Discipline" slid, selling 51,000, copies then 35,000 copies in the third week according to Hits Daily Double. Those are not good numbers after three weeks of sale for a major release. Not to mention they spent all that money on making the infringing album, shooting two costly videos and promoting it everywhere. In light of the latter it really should have sold way better than that, but it didn’t. Thanks again for participating in the boycott.

"Step Up 2" Please boycott the "Step Up 2" soundtrack on Warner Bros (Atlantic Records). I've found music on it stolen from my Copyrighted Catalog. As many of you know, the whole case began with Madonna and Warner Bros engaging in criminal copyright infringement. Well, they are still doing so in criminal violation of domestic and international law. Therefore, I ask that you please boycott this and all Warner Bros products. Please BOYCOTT JANET JACKSON'S new album DISCIPLINE (Island/Def Jam Records). It has blatant copyright infringements on it, containing YEARS OLD music and lyrics illegally stolen from my Copyrighted Catalog. They even recorded it here in Miami. The same team responsible for the Beyonce/Jay-Z thefts listed here and the Rihanna/Jay-Z infringements (Def Jam/Island), also did the Janet Jackson "Discipline" album. Another boycott from the Aisha v Madonna legal case was successful this past weekend when the infringing film Blonde Ambition bombed at the box office. Thanks to all that participated in the boycott. This is one of the infringements I complained about in the first FBI interview I had about the case. It is also mentioned in the FBI interview summation I obtained under the Freedom Of Information Act. I listed this infringement as an example of the willful and criminal copyright thefts when asked by the agent. The flop "Blonde Ambition" is a "criminal copyright infringement" of my book manuscript and film script "Beautiful Inspirations" copyrighted in 2003. As I told the first FBI agent in November 2005 during the interview, Madonna ripped off my unreleased 2003 copyrighted book manuscript, changing the name from "Beautiful Inspirations" (2003) to Madonna's Inspirations" and illegally released it as her own in 2006. My Library of Congress copyright predates her illegal release by 3 years. But in 2007, Madonna illegally sold my accompanying film script to Joe Simpson and Jessica Simpson, once again, criminally renaming my copyright from "Beautiful Inspirations" (the movie) to "Blonde Ambition" after herself and her 90's tour of the same name. Once again, my copyright from the Library of Congress predates the illegally released film "Blonde Ambition" by 4 years. Furthermore, Sony Pictures, who according to IMDB was the original studio for the film - came up in my web site statistics records as a visitor with many hits/visits to this site before the movie "Blonde Ambition" was illegally made - when they shouldn't even know who I am at all. For a couple years now, several private, unreleased copyrights of mine registered with the Library Of Congress years ago, have been surfacing at Sony Pictures. "Hancock" is another criminally infringing film that was willfully stolen from my older copyrights in violation of international law. Another thing that I have noticed is actor Luke Wilson is in "Blonde Ambition" and another film stolen from my copyrights "My Super Ex-Girlfriend." He has some serious explaining to do.
But back to Simpson. Last month, there were articles in the press about book publishers mysteriously rejecting a poetry and photography book by Jessica Simpson that bears a striking resemblance to my unreleased poetry and photography book "Poetic Heart" whose copyright once again predates hers by 2 years. Ms. Simpson also has some explaining to do, as my copyrighted book and photos for it that I took is in an unreleased, private copyright in the Library of Congress. That's two criminally infringing projects that have ended up in your possession Jessica and since the word in the industry is you are in Madonna's Kabbalah cult, it fills in many blanks in this story as to how you illegally came across said work. Furthermore, have you no shame. I come from generations of writers - my aunt is Jamaica's poet laureate. How do you think it looks criminally ripping me off, a poet and photographer, among other things, at my family's trade that there is so much proof we've been doing for many years - seeing as though you're a ditzy former reality TV star that can't tell chicken from tuna, yet people are supposed to believe you authored a book of poetry and photographic works. The worst thing next to stealing my work in such a vile, brazen manner is the complete trash you lot involved in the case turn it into. I can only equate it to painting a beautiful oil canvas...then some idiot stealing it, taking a can of spray paint to it, erasing your signature and adding their own, right before hanging it in a museum for critics to gawk at. Then the critics, baffled and horrified, look at the devalued painting and go, "You idiot, is that oil and spray paint and what's with the xoxo sign scrawled across the canvas?" 11-2-07 Freedom Of Information Request - FBI's "Squad C-5" READ MORE ABOUT MADONNA'S MAFIA CONNECTIONS HERE and HERE There are two new developments in the case, one of which I am not going to write about right now. But for now, here's the other one. This week, after several months with no answer on my FOI letter from the Miami FBI with the DC/VA headquarters sending me letters stating no file found, I finally got a file from them. The Miami FBI finally responded to my Freedom Of Information request regarding my file and one of the classifications on it under the "Character of case" is not a good one.

I was interviewed by Miami FBI agent J. Christopher Kaczynski for about 20 minutes. I gave him the 200 page lawsuit, evidence files and letter I'd sent Mueller. He asked for my copyright certificates, which I didn't have on me, as I don’t walk around with those original documents everyday (I’ve got back-ups, but still). I told him I would bring them back, as he requested, so they could compare them to what's been stolen. He said, "Give it to the agent on duty." When I came back the next day, about 15-20 minutes before closing, they told me to come back the next day, as it was closing time. I asked if I could just leave the files and they said no, come back the next business day. When I returned the next business day, I asked the receptionist if I could leave the file with her and she said no. Didn’t get why, but I did what they said. He told me to give the FBI "agent on duty" the files. But then I was told to wait. I was interviewed a second time for about 20 minutes by another FBI agent, Cathy Mary Koontz. After the interview she gave me a piece of paper with her name and telephone number: Number redacted for internet
Thus far, my Freedom of Information request has only returned the first agent's filing (J. Christopher Kaczynski). I have not been given the second agent's filing, Catherine Koontz, who I gave the copies of my copyright certificates to, according to what the first agent told me to do. She interviewed me for 20 minutes. I went to Kroll investigative agency last year and the rep called the FBI and they told her because she is not the person who filed the complaint they cannot disclose anything to her. Therefore, she had a retired FBI agent on staff call them and they told her they are investigating it. Here's what I received this week - a two page file with Madonna's name redacted in white by the FBI (I redacted my address and number in black). The initials on the bottom of the page "jck" matches the name of the agent that first interviewed me (J. Christopher Kaczynski). "Character of case" highlighted in red says "Squad C-5"among other things, and I never once mentioned the mafia to the FBI. Once again, it appears there is much more to this case than the FBI is telling. Ironically, Madonna has a relative in the mafia who was jailed for trying to shakedown Steven Segal for a share of all his royalties (I see the family resemblance). Segal has been complaining about the FBI investigating him for allegedly hiring Madonna's PI, Anthony Pellicano, to harass and wiretap Anita Busch.
9-18-07 Hacker Info Here is the IP address and computer ID for one of the commissioned hackers from the Aisha v. Madonna legal case. Since I changed up a few of the programs on my main computer, including configuring it differently, said hacker's data started coming up several times as he tried to gain entry. When he can't gain entry into the computer quickly enough, he then corrupts the browser and gets into the computer that way. I have saved the registry, security and log files recording the hacks, including the ones that happened last week. Before, he would just break through the Windows firewall. However, the new set up and program combos has been picking him up.
I called Apple and they verified that MAC address is in use and is real, thus identifying the hacker, but of course, as with all computer companies they only disclose info to the authorities. So I left a copy of the above posted file on the desktop of my main computer as a test for the hacker. Shortly after, while he was illegally breaking into my computer again, unlawfully accessing and copying the other files on my computer's hard drive to forward it to the person paying him to engage in this lawbreaking activity on a daily basis, he noticed the file. He then surreptitiously hacked the file and erased the MAC address I had captured in photo snap shot software (but I had back ups of several instances like these and the accompanying security, registry and log files burned to discs). Here's where he erased the MAC address from the file I deliberately left on my desktop after he broke in again via the browser - notice the difference to the snap shot above (the confirmed MAC address has been erased by the hacker):
