MOTION TO CORRECT

1.) In paragraph 9 of the lawsuit, Plaintiff wishes to correct the spelling of the name Laura Emiller to Laura Eimiller.

2.) In paragraph 25 of the lawsuit, Plaintiff wishes to correct the line, “International reggae recording artists and Aisha’s dad’s late friend” to “International reggae recording colleagues and Aisha’s dad’s late friend.”

3.) In paragraph 9 of the lawsuit, Plaintiff wishes to correct the line, “Criminals terrorizing, harassing and assault the victim” to “criminals terrorizing, harassing and assaulting the victim.”

4.) In paragraph 27 of the lawsuit, Plaintiff wishes to correct the line, “Her 2005 lawsuit” to “in her 2005 lawsuit.”

5.) In paragraph 27 of the lawsuit, Plaintiff wishes to correct the line “Right to Publicity” to “Right of Publicity.”

6.) Plaintiff also wishes to note regarding paragraph 25, a BBC school character named “JJ Jones” from the program “Skins” was given the same name as Plaintiff’s godbrother’s school nickname “JJ Jones” (real name John Jones) and also bears other similarities to him in image and likeness, such as age, intelligence and wearing braces (at the time the character as created, when Plaintiff’s godbrother was a minor of age 17). His mother’s real last name “Pearce” was also used for a character by BBC’s Russell Davies. This violation of privacy and the Right Of Publicity could have been prevented had the FBI acted in a timely fashion, as now the rights of a minor who is a private citizen, were violated.
