SEPTEMBER 3, 2008 (QUESTIONS 30-39)

30. It’s great knowing that someone is keeping the Harvey River name alive. My father is from Harvey River (Jamaica) born and raised. – Lorraine

Thank you for your email Lorraine. I think it’s pretty amazing that a city started by my great-great-grandfather remains to this day and has grown so much. He was a wonderful Englishman and I am proud to be related to someone so creative, smart and free of racial prejudice. To be a white man apart of the English upper class and marry a black foreign woman (Jamaican) in those times, automatically made you a social outcast. What he did for love took courage and I applaud him for that.

31. I ran across a review of one of Lorna Goodison's books and then spent the next hour researching her superlative achievements. I am proud and awed. I then ran across your site and thought I'd hail you up. - Danny

Thanks for the email Danny. I am proud of my aunt’s achievements as well. She is a great person that is very gifted and witty.

32. You have a great family history. I found it very informative. I'm currently doing a paper on your aunt Lorna Goodison. I absolutely love her work. This is actually my second paper on her. – Sue-Ann

Hi Sue-Ann, thanks for your email. I love my family’s history. From black to white, upper class to working class, it’s all there and it’s all good.

Auntie Lorna is a fabulous writer. I love her work. In a couple of her works she subtly places little jokes about certain family members that the rest of us in the family find quite amusing.

33. Wow. This Madonna stuff is incredible. I did always wonder how an artist (if you can call her that) whose background was dancing broke into the music industry so successfully considering she cannot sing, write music, play music, or compose anything. Oh…through theft! - Emma Rose

Hi Emma Rose. After she started stealing from me, I started to check the court dockets and online info for other cases of her doing so and was appalled at what I found. Many cases surfaced of Madonna stealing copyrights from writers, from all walks of life that sued her, betraying just how she has maintained that phony career of hers over the years.

She has dozens of copyright infringement lawsuits and claims to show for it, more than any other artist in music history. The woman is a complete fraud that stole everything she has.

34. Hello, nice site look. The best!!! - Gomeroni

Thanks Gomeroni. Best Wishes.

35. Hi, I liked your site. Excellent content. - Lila

Thanks Lila. I appreciate it. God bless.

36. Hi Aisha, I love your song 'Contemporary Girl' it is so much better than anything Madonna does. I like the way you sing about the internet and use the internet sound sample, it's so interesting. It reminds me of how it was before I got ADSL.

Where do you get your ideas for music and how did you find the time to write so many songs? You must be a genius! It sucks that you are being ripped off!

I can honestly say your voice is unique - you have so much talent! – Dan (UK)

Thanks for your kind words, Dan. I find it quite ironic as well that Madonna, who can’t sing, has been trying to derail my career through copyright theft, commissioned harassment and blacklisting, when I can actual sing and my voice covers several octaves.

I would never dream of doing such a thing to another human being, as it is evil and ugly. It just goes to show the terrible kind of person she is to engage in such horrible, low class conduct. She's as common as they get. This attitude of, I must cheat to win and illegally try to rob and destroy others to get what I want, does her no favors in the world, hence her plummeting album and tour sales. As a general rule, people don't like a bully and a cheat - and that Madonna is. She is so vile.

I get my ideas from my experiences, my family’s experiences, things that affect me as a Christian, a woman, a black person, a Jamaican, and overall, as a human being. I’ve written songs about God, my parents, about people I’ve liked and things I have been through. I like to write about people, places and things I love. When something means much to you, it can be a great source of inspiration.

I get ideas when I am praying. I get ideas from my dreams at night (I dream every night in color). I get ideas that pop in my head all the time, when I'm sitting at my computers or go for walks. I also get ideas on long excursions, such as flights or road trips.

I’m always thinking and that’s a major part of it. Some nights I even think in my sleep. I think about music, film, TV and poetry often, regarding the new things I can bring to the table in the literary realm.

When I write it is always with the intent to author works that have not been done before. Therefore, when I sit down to write, that is the goal - to avoid the mundane and cliché and write about new things, where there's a void in the market.

I think genetics is apart of it as well. By God’s grace, I started writing poetry when I was a child and was so proud of my little works. No one was telling me to do creative writing, I did it instinctively. At that age I didn’t know it ran in the family.

One of my aunts is Jamaica’s poet laureate (Lorna Goodison). She has written many award winning books. My other aunt is Jamaica’s most famous media personality, Barbara Gloudon, who is also an author that has written my homeland’s national plays every year, even before I was born (dozens of plays).

When I was a child, my dad would take me to see her plays and visit her at the theater before and after productions. So, I got a feel for the whole production process, even as a kid. I was absorbing the whole thing without realizing it.

I’ve saved all my written works over the years. Wherever we moved to, I had a big box I kept. Whenever I would write poetry, lyrics, music or a script, I would place the loose-leaf sheets of underlined or plain paper that contained my writings, in the box. Over two decades it added up.

My mom got me a typewriter at age 14 and I started typing up my works from said loose-leaf papers and sending them to the Copyright Office for registration.

When computers came out, I began typing up all my works from the remaining loose-leaf papers and typewriter sheets, so I could have them all at my fingertips on computer to use as I choose.

That’s how my Copyrighted Catalog ended up so voluminous. Imagine indulging in creative writing many days a week for two decades and saving it all in a big box. It was a lot of paper, but it became my Copyrighted Catalog and I love it.

As a kid and a teen, I loved to spend time in my room writing. No clubs, no parties, just home in my room writing. Only to find out as I got older and read interviews by accomplished playwrights, screenplay writers and authors, it is a common trait of many prolific writers. You love your work so much that it's basically what you focus on.

It’s like the kid that was obsessed with cars that grew up to design them. If you love something and work at it, eventually you will become very proficient at it and maybe even set a few precedents.

Mankind’s greatest achievements came from everyday people who loved their work enough that they believed they could fly, send a man to the moon, add wheels to an object and call it a car and talk to someone on the other side of the city via an invention that became known as the phone. We need dreamers in life.

37. The reason I was writing is to ask, rhetorically, why you kept your Catalog stored in a computer where you knew people were hacking it? You mention that it was hacked three times and traced back to the same person. It seems that after the first one, you would have taken it down, in order to keep the hacker away.

Hopefully, any lawsuits you have pending against Madonna will be fruitful for you, and I can honestly say that after reading your page, I will not be buying any more of Madonna's works. (Not that I bought that much anyway, but I was a fan.) Please do everything you can to protect your own works, and keep getting the word out. - Heather

Hi Heather, thanks for your email. Good point, but here are the conundrums I faced, from a crazy pop star that keeps escalating the criminal misconduct she is commissioning against me, when I never did anything to that woman.

First off, regarding Madonna and co. and their illegal misconduct via hacking and criminal copyright infringement, they broke the law and violated my rights. They have no business doing such an awful thing.

I paid good money for my computers. I have the right to own and lawfully use them however I wish, just like everyone else in America. It is a fundamental right that Madonna has violated. As in most free countries, one is entitled to privacy in the home and online. Violating that and for financial gain, constitutes serious felonies.

I am a very modern person. I love technology, especially computers. This is how I do my work. I do not wish to live in the Stone Age, using typewriters or hand written documents, when computers provide so much flexibility, as it pertains to writing, editing, storage and printouts. These features are essential and time saving when you write music and movie scripts, among other things.

This is 2008, I should not have to be launched back into the Stone Age, drastically alter my life and be deprived of Constitutional and Civil Rights, because some untalented, devilish pop star, Madonna, refuses to control herself and adhere to U.S. law that governs everyone in the nation, and additionally UN laws, that apply to the world.

Not being familiar with the symptoms of hacking, as it is something I had no interest in, due to it being thoroughly illegal and unethical, I didn’t notice the signs of what was transpiring.

For this reason, the hacks occurred unnoticed for a significant period of time. I am an independent writer, who did her work on little means. I used the creativity God gave me, saved my money to buy my computers, scanners, printers, CD and DVD burners, cameras and software, to author my Copyrights.

I could not imagine someone, especially a star who had made much money, albeit questionably at other artists expense when she robbed them as I later found out, and wealthy corporate entities, would do something so unspeakably wicked and vile, as to intrude upon my privacy, to criminally rob me of 20 years of my labor they had absolutely no hand in creating (Copyrighted Catalog). It takes an incredibly wicked set of people to do something so unconscionable.

It was not until the bulk of my already registered, preexisting Copyrighted Catalog had been unlawfully copied by Madonna’s hackers and began illegally coming out through Madonna and her cohorts, that it dawned on me what transpired, as the Catalog was only stored in the Copyright Office in Washington, DC and on my private business computers.

At that point I started to confer with computer experts and they confirmed the symptoms that had been transpiring to be that of illegal hacks, but it was too late. The hackers had already copied the bulk of the Copyrighted Catalog and passed it on to the woman that paid them to do so, Madonna, who was busy criminally using it without permission. She's a disgrace to her family and is a vile, no talent, greedy witch.

At that juncture, I decided to upgrade to more advanced computer security, but it still was not enough. I was with AOL and that was a big part of the problem.

Time Warner, who are Madonna’s label CEOs as well (Warner Bros), owns AOL. In essence and practice, they had the digital key to my proverbial computer office, containing my Copyrighted Catalog. They granted Madonna’s hackers unfettered access to my computers. My computers were getting hacked at all hours of the day when I logged on and I didn’t realize it until it was too late.

They too gained from the illegal hacking and criminal copyright infringement, as Warner Bros Pictures has illegally used my years old, preexisting copyrights to make later released, unauthorized films such as RockNRolla which is directed by Madonna’s husband Guy Ritchie. Her husband has been sued by several other writers as well, and in different countries, for stealing their copyrights that encompass every movie he has ever put out. No doubt he learned that from her.

When I started to complain online about the criminal misconduct from Madonna and Warner Bros, their company AOL blocked me from getting online to update my site regarding what was transpiring. Though I rendered monthly payments to AOL for service, I was locked out of the internet for days at a time, in their illegal bids to suppress the story updates from going online to this web site.

The final straw came when, utilizing an Anthony Pellicano tactic, AOL allowed Madonna’s hackers to commit identity theft, charging $2,000 to my credit card, to derail my bills, including those pertaining to my CD release. After I reported it to the FBI in 2005 as apart of the Madonna case, a year later I received a letter from them stating I had been the victim of identity theft and they are investigating it.

Switched ISPs

Having had enough of the hacks, I switched ISPs, leaving AOL. Shortly after, Madonna also made a move of her own and contracted Digilink to run her site Madonna.com and break into my computers through hacking. The hacks began once again.

After receiving a complaint from me regarding the hacks happening again, my new ISP, Bell South/AT&T, mentioned that the hacker(s) and I “Are on the same network” and this is how they are gaining access.

At first I didn’t make the connection that it was Madonna’s new web hosting company Digilink that was on the same network as me and engaging in the paid for hacks, as I didn't care about her site (still don't) or knew who ran it.

Then I remembered what the first FBI agent that interviewed me regarding the case had asked. He said, “Are you on a network?” and I said “No.” I didn’t sign up to be on a network, never participated in file sharing or anything else of that nature, opting to just maintain my computers on my own.

Perplexed, he then asked, “If you’re not on a network how can they hack your computer?” and "How do we prove it?" Equally confused, I told him, that’s not what a network means in this sense. I took it to mean a “network of computers.” It didn't dawn on me what he was saying. I wasn’t involved in any online network, so I perceived the question to mean my personal network of computers (the Windows definition).

His train of thought was correct, but I was not aware that Madonna had hired a web hosting company, Digilink, that she was also paying to illegally break into my computers, because we are on the same network (that Bell South had previously placed me on). That's also called cyberstalking and it's pretty sick.

Digilink has been abusing router access privileges at my expense, to gain illegal entry into my computers, bypassing my computer security, to copy the updates to my Copyrighted Catalog. This misconduct constitutes conspiracy, computer intrusion, computer abuse, criminal copyright infringement and fraud.

Working Offline

They were hacking into my best, fastest computer on a regular basis that I needed for work. To combat this, I decided to work offline, then erase from the computer the newer copyrights I authored, after I burned them to CD-ROM discs and sent them to the Copyright Office.

They illegally found a way around that as well. I thought if I burned copies of the newer Copyrights I wrote offline to CD-ROMs, then delete it before I go back online to do work like updating my sites, I would have no problems.

Digital Dumpster Diving

Then I started noticing things I had deleted, reappearing in my computer's emptied recycle bin again, which was weird.

Upon further investigation, it was revealed, Madonna’s hackers at Digilink had illegally installed an “undelete” program to my computers and was regurgitating everything that was in the emptied recycle bin, including the newer Copyrights I had deleted, after burning them to discs for the Copyright Office, for security reasons.

They illegally copied my newer Copyrights from the recycle bin and forwarded them to her and once again, she criminally started using my unreleased work that was already registered in Washington at the Library Of Congress.

That kind of criminal determination to steal is very sick and psychopathic, but this is the severe level of depravity I have been up against.

Then I tried something else. When I continued with my work (writing) I decided to author my newer Copyrights on a computer that did not go online at all, then submitted them to the Copyright Office, successfully registering them and receiving said certificates.

Break-ins

When Madonna and her hackers noticed no new Copyrights were appearing on my computers that went online, which they were illegally hacking on a daily basis, the break-ins to my home multiplied. It was one break-in a month for months (I usually do one Copyright per month).

At first I didn’t realize what was missing, as the electronics and jewelry were still in the house, until one day I noticed the stack of CD-ROMs on my desk in my home studio/office, containing newer Copyrights I had authored, was lower than it was a few days before. So, I called the police and reported the discs with the Copyrights stolen. They issued a report and assigned a corresponding case number.

Then shortly after, I noticed via press outlets that the newer, unreleased Copyrights I went to great pains to keep offline so they wouldn't be hacked, were illegally being released by Madonna and her affiliates, via new projects they started announcing, that suspiciously matched up 100% to my preexisting Copyrights on the CD-ROMs that were already accepted by the Copyright Office for registration.

It became crystal clear who sponsored the break-ins to my home and home studio. I informed the FBI shortly after in writing, as the constant break-ins were bizarre and a danger to me. There was an incident where I was home alone when one of the break-ins occurred.

I felt uneasy, something woke me up from an evening nap after mowing the lawn. I started looking around the house, only to find the top of the backdoor lock to my home had been removed and was on the ground at the edge of the bottom of the doorframe.

Locks don't remove themselves and it was fine earlier in the day. It's bad enough stealing copyrights, but paying people to terrorize others and break into their property, ala Anthony Pellicano, is a very serious breach of United States laws.

I was later told by an investigative agency, Kroll, that the FBI said they are investigating the case and received my updates by mail. Needless to say, my family’s sense of peace and privacy has been shattered. No family should endure that many break-ins. It is cruel, wicked and un-American, but leave it to Madonna to commission some nastiness like that.

Regarding the missing CD-ROMs, I hadn’t noticed at first, because I have hundreds of them in a box, from several years of computer work (there are so many). After I work on Copyrights I back them up on a disc (via burning them to a CD-ROM or sometimes a DVD-ROM). It’s a good computing practice.

Previously, unbeknownst to me at the time, Madonna’s hackers had taken to maliciously erasing my hard drives after they had illegally copied the Copyrights on them, with the intent that they would have the only copies of the works in existence in doing so. However, I always made offline backups and the works were already registered anyway (I’d burn discs offline, as the software uses up too much computer memory, especially when coupled with a live internet connection).

As any reasonable person can see, I have gone to great lengths to protect my home and copyrighted works, but Madonna and those illegally working on her behalf, have far outstripped that in how far they will criminally go to steal that which is not theirs and never will be.

To go to the heinous extremes she has to illegally invade my privacy and so insert herself in my life, when my family and I just want her to go away, betrays the fact that she is criminally insane. She has shamed herself, her family, the courts and the FBI, via constant criminal misdeeds that have spawned irrefutable evidence as to their origin, Madonna. She has made the FBI look powerless and weak to the watching world.

Madonna is a sick person with serious mental problems. She refuses to desist in doing wrong and has a detailed legal and personal history of stalking and abusing innocent people through those she hires. She is a nosy, nasty old woman that has gotten even worse in her old age. She needs to be locked away.

But knowing the government, they are going to wait until she injures one of her kids, like she did to 10-year old autograph seeker Keith Sorrentino when unprovoked she choked him and threw him against a wall, or tries with success to have someone maimed or killed, like other members of Kabbalah have done, before they do something about it.

38. Aisha, Hi my name is Jeri Fusina. I think it is very courageous on your part to stand up to Madonna who is a thief in every sense of the word. I do believe that she has ties to the mafia. It is too bad these losers who sing pop music in hollywood can't come up with their own ideas and have to steal from everyone in order to have a topic for their so called art. – Jeri

Yes, Hollywood has become embarrassingly unoriginal and the nation and the world know it. All they do is steal now, which defies everything this country was founded upon – hence Hollywood’s falling revenues.

Madonna does have ties to the mafia. One of her relatives in the mafia tried to shakedown actor Steven Segal for a lot of money via a cut in his films, was arrested by the FBI and sentenced to prison for doing so.

Madonna’s ex-boyfriend, Chris Paciello, is also in the mafia. He is well known in Miami, as he use to own several high profile nightclubs.

Then the FBI discovered he is in the mafia (which is for life) and tied him to an unsolved New York case. Paciello then went to prison for murder, which destroyed his nightclub business. Madonna’s lesbian girlfriend Ingrid Caseres was his partner.

Madonna also did deals with Paciello that she should not have, as it meant, um, exchanging funds.

To this day, she is still involved with him, as they are trying to make a movie of his life, which was reported in several press outlets. Sadly for him, he was arrested last month. While sitting with athlete Cuttino Mobley, and another man in a club, Paciello got into an argument with another man.

Paciello and a friend waited for the guy to leave the club, then charged ahead in the parking lot, vengefully hitting the man with his car, then getting out of the vehicle and beating him up. Clearly, he is a danger to the public, as a verbal disagreement should never turn violent.

And this is the company she keeps. Birds of a feather...

39. I only read today about your lawsuits against Madonna. I also gave her sister numerous demos that I believe were ripped off for Ray of Light even down to the image and style of the photo my then current look by my band.

I wanted to sue her sister but don't have the money so I gave up. If I had the team of legal and fiscal support I would sue.

Outraged and not surprised. There is nothing honest in the face of this woman who excuse me pursues the kaballah. – Melody

Sorry that happened to you. She was sued by others over songs and the lead music video she stole for the Ray of Light CD. Clearly she was on a massive stealing spree during that album.

You should never give up on your legal rights. I know I wouldn't and don't. Madonna has ripped off many people. It’s high time she legally answered for that. In the mean time there is the internet and awareness via boycotts.

By God's grace, my site boycotts have proved successful in tanking her sales of infringing products, which hurts her worse than any lawsuit (the international ones are on the way, though) as it means failure in clear sight of the public and has been status. For a media harlot like Madonna that's devastating.

JANUARY 31, 2007 (QUESTIONS 20-29)

I edited some, not all, of the questions down to save space and removed your personal info such as last names and addresses. Some questions were very long, and I certainly don't mind reading them, and did, but shorter more direct questions make for easier reading on a web site for site visitors. Thanks again for your questions.

20. I am on pins and needles waiting on your next month's sound off - you have to have something to say about that nasty Madonna and that whole baby "adoption" scandal. I'm glad you're not afraid to tell it like it is! A fan – David A

Photo from Gallery Of The Absurd, mocking Madonna, using what Sharon Osborne said in the UK papers, regarding Madonna buying a baby like a purse.

Hi David, thanks for your email. Something is very wrong in society when someone with her disgraceful track record gets to adopt, well, abduct a child, while decent people struggle to.

This woman was sued for choking a child and slammed in an Oscar book for choking another person, yet an official did the Devil's bidding and let the nut out of Malawi with the defenseless child anyway. People need to pray for the baby's welfare and safety. May God watch over you little man.

I'm sorry it wasn't Angelina Jolie who adopted the child.

Madonna did it for publicity and it blew up in her face in a major way - especially with outlets like CNN reporting a “worldwide Madonna backlash.” She is perverse however, and seems to sickly enjoy any kind of attention - never mind it’s killing her career. Ooops!

21. The continued abuse of Elsebeth just keeps going.  Current updates about her can be found at www.northcountrygazette.org. Ohio really is this corrupt. - Angie C., Ohio citizen

Hello, Angie. Elsebeth Baumgartner's case is so disheartening. I'm sorry for all that has happened to her. It's amazing how it has been largely suppressed from getting in the mainstream media, much like many of these cases. I found it through a Google search when I was looking for articles on corrupt judges.

I do wish her the best. The sad thing is, no matter how you slice it, people are watching and realize something corrupt is going on. That's not good for public confidence in the system at all. You speak out and you get stitched up and face jail or a plea bargain to stay rightfully free. That isn't right.

I'm sure there are good people in Ohio. I know some and they are an upstanding, God fearing family, who worked hard, put themselves through college and now are raising great kids.

However, when people read about cases like Elsebeth Baumgartner, they are going to see another side of the justice system and Ohio, that doesn't fairly or accurately represent everyone.

23. I am a huge fan of your work. I`ve seen you in many music, I think You did a wonderful job! You are a great music and you should be Proud of your talents. I knows you must get thousands of requests, Such as this , but I wash hoping you could send me and autographed picture. I realize you are very busy and have a limited amount of time, but I would Greatly appreciate it if you could help me out. Thank you so much for your time and please keep up the fantastic work. Best of luck to you always !!!! Your sincerely "Kami"- Poland

Thanks for your email, Kami. That was really sweet. I'm going to send you an autographed pic. Thanks again.

24. Dear Aisha, I am monika from Poland. I am 25. I would like to thank you for the joy that your music brings into my ordinary life. My adventure with your music started when I heard " contemporary girl" on the radio. I am struck by your voice and the music. The album " aisha" is great , I am loss for words. I would love to see you perform live in Poland. I have a request to you. I would be very grateful if you could send me an autographed photo of you. Are you able to fulfill my request? I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards. Monika

Wow, Poland. I didn't know about this, Monika. Thanks for telling me and thanks for your lovely email. I'm going to send you an autographed pic as well.

25. Do you have any contact with Beyonce Knowles? Tameka S.

Hi Tameka. No, but I did see one of her lacefronts in a store window on Miami Beach on a mannequin and it was called the "Wiyonce"...Just kidding.

What was the question again. Seriously, I don't get it. Thanks for writing though. Write back if you want to elaborate.

26.  I've been fighting that witch for years. Wore a T-shirt to the Grammy's in 2001 that said "Madonna Sucks" on the front and "Stolen Material Girl" on the back. - Soul Girl

LOL Soul Girl. They should sell those shirts at Wal-Mart. I know Baby David would by one, you know, since she stole him too. Thanks for the laugh.

27. Belgian TV show "De rode Loper" has showed Madonna saying that she will fight the lawsuit against the plagiarism for her hit Frozen. They say it could take months before we will know something, but Madonna will fight back. Warner's lawyers have decided to appeal the decision taken by the judge from Mons (Belgium). They say that a decision will probably taken by the Court in 3 or 4 months (What is her connection with Belgium lately?) - Jerry

Hi Jerry, though Madonna denied having even known the song "My Life Is Going Nowhere" by Salvatore Acquviva that she willfully stole in violation of international law, or having known the people behind it, Paris Match later outed her when the case happened in 2005, as having visited Belgium before she became known, in 1979, as apart of a dance troop.

They produced the following picture to prove it. It irrefutably shows Madonna, looking like a streetwalker with the helmet hair, having dinner with the producer of the aforementioned song that she went on to deliberately steal years later and years after it was released in Belgium, with its loose English translation being "My Life Is Going Nowhere." What a criminal:

Another article about the case from Belgium:

"Will fight back" probably means "judge shopping" for one who can be, um, swayed. They do it all the time.

Like when Warner Bros was sued for stealing the movie The Matrix, from a Christian, Sophia Stewart, where it was written that even FBI found evidence that showed the stolen script was present on the set of The Matrix and used in making the film, and the Terminator as well, Warner Bros then hired a lawyer to defend the case WHO WAS THE JUDGE'S SON. Foul!

In some entertainment industry cases such as these, judges were "given stock" then mysteriously ruled in the copyright infringer's favor. Go figure.

28. I won't even get into your nasally, off key voice with all the horrendous "Drag N Drop" beats, the out of time progressions, the ridiculously over-used echo to hide your thin off key voice, or the fact that you are actually taking yourself seriously.

Madonna co-produces EVERYTHING she does. Almost EVERY ONE of her CO-Producers has said she's huge in the songwriting process. MANY MANY articles have discussed Madonna's songwriting abilities in a positive manner, including Fred Bronson of Billboard just last week.

Whitney Houston is NOWHERE NEAR the top selling female artist, neither hear nor overseas. Madonna is huge everywhere. Just look at how her new album debuted at #1 in 29 countries. Whereas Whitney's didn't even go Top 10, & Mariah's only debuted at #1 in the US.

Also- Claiming to be a Christian than completely tearing apart someone is really an oxymoron.- kyle@kylemcmahon.com http://www.myspace.com/kylemcmahon

Dude, I just read your MySpace page via the link you put in your email you sent here, and you're signed to Warner Bros, as is Madonna, get off my site.

Not to be mean, but how are you criticizing my voice, that can sing anything, including opera, when you really can't sing, sorry to say. You're really delusional, as your songs personify monotony. How do venture to call yourself a professional, and I use the term loosely, yet sing three songs in the exact same tone. It sounds like karaoke.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I went to your MySpace site that you included a link for in your email and your work is very poor and substandard. It has a bit of slick production here and there, which is not a compliment, some of which is blurry, with technical audio quality dropping at certain points, but your voice screams monotone and nasal, but a low Kermity, nasally sound. That can't be your natural voice.

Your work needs work. You wouldn't even get an audition on American Idol. They'd yank you off the stage at the Apollo. Therefore, you are in no position to critique anyone. Get your own stuff together first...but then there is still the matter of your voice. Why are you singing like that. You singing to Miss Piggy?

You guys think I'm kidding, have a listen: http://www.myspace.com/kylemcmahon

Why are you even emailing me? This is the harassment I keep writing about on the site. I don't email, write or call Warner Bros or their artists, I don't contact them in anyway, yet they and their artists and employees keep harassing me. Always trying to steal stuff or hack or knock my site offline. We have proof.

This is another prime example of what I've been complaining about regarding them. I don't even know this guy, hadn't heard of him until he emailed me, but he as a Warner Bros low budget artist knew about me and had the nerve to email me, degrading me and being abusive. You're so manly (sarcasm).

What, Warner told you to email me, downgrade me, and other black women, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey, to make wack, washed up Madonna look better, because you live in Florida too, according to your link you provided, and I should somehow listen to a musically untalented, misogynist like you.

My self-esteem is as such that insults don't work with me. I know who I am. I'm confident in the talents God gave me.

But back to what I was saying writing. This is why the lawsuit I filed against them for copyright theft, invasion of privacy and harassment started in the first place. They won't leave me alone. I never bothered these people yet they did this.

I was minding my own business in Miami, away from the industry (New York and Los Angeles) putting together my indie company and you vultures swooped in on it and started pillaging it, like you have done to other artists, like industry bullies, criminals and thieves, which is why you have been sued more times than anyone else, by people all over the world.

The only times I went to Warner sites, was to print it off as evidence in the lawsuit, to show the infringements. Yet, the site statistics for AishaMusic.com show the defendants in this case I filed against Madonna and her affiliates for the above mentioned copyright theft, have visited here THOUSANDS of times. They still read the site to this day. I have it in black and white.

How do you justify what's happened and continues to happen, in light of the FACTS and EXPERT REPORTS that show you all have been invading my privacy and targeting, stealing from and harassing me.

Yet they have the nerve to attack me for trying to protect my work and life from further intrusion,  theft and abuse at their hands.

Furthermore, your songs on your MySpace page sound like parodies and the main one on your aforementioned site that you provided a link to in your email, titled "She's Gone" sounds like "Drive" by Incubus. The other rubbish one that began to play "My Girl's Best Friend" sounds like a Foo Fighters rip off. You also ripped off the song "The Reason."

At least I write my own stuff, yours are formulaic, indistinct, bland knock offs.

I have a voice that can sing anything, that many have complimented, and upon visiting your web site it becomes immediately apparent, you have a voice that can't. Did you sleep with Madonna at Warner to get a deal, much like she, according to a TV movie, slept with a DJ to get a deal, as that's the only explanation for your work and signing.

Who are you to question my musicianship. At least I can sing and I am not going around the record store and scouring the internet stealing other people's copyrights, like Warner and their artists like Madonna routinely do and are famous for.

If I'm so irrelevant, why are you on my site? Why are you listening to the music and critiquing it? Why are you sending me email? Why does the label you are signed to, Warner Bros, keep criminally stealing my copyrights? You guys stink. If you were any good, you wouldn't have to be doing that.

That's the oxymoron you need to figure out, regarding your "Claiming to be a Christian than completely tearing apart" comment.

Furthermore, Jesus called people "devils" and some people in the Bible are referred to as "whores" - you know, like people today call your labelmate.

How can anyone take you seriously when you ridiculously cut down Whitney  Houston and Mariah Carey, who are among the best voices of our generation, on a fraudulent premise, to make your labelmate, the non-singing, untalented Madonna look better. Madonna sings even worse than you.

Yes, Whitney doesn't write most of what she sings, but there is nothing wrong with that, as she is not going around stealing other people's copyrights, as noted here about Madonna who has done this DOZENS OF TIMES, to dozens of artists, and being a total fraud and lawbreaker, telling the world she wrote stuff that was already in existence that experts confirmed have been stolen.

Much like whatever it is you are on, when you decided to email me, the next time the people at Warner who signed you and clearly own you and what's left of your brain, offer you money or other things to email a woman's web site, and a black woman at that, and in an ungentlemanly, unseemly and dishonest manner, attempt to cut her down and other black singers, who can all sing everyone one on the floundering label you work for under the table, just say no.

I don't mind constructive criticism, but this was clearly something else, biased and laden with ignorance and a complete disregard for the truth.

While Warner can buy you airplay, as they were busted doing, using payola, which is a crime, that ironically gave Madonna much of her fake #1's you tout, as #1's on Billboard are based on airplay not ACTUAL SALES, they can't buy you back a decent name for selling out your now departed integrity.

You know what the funniest part is, with what I heard on your site and with the way the music industry is in the toilet and sliding, recording their lowest sales ever in the history of charting, with each year the numbers dropping even lower, you too are gonna get dropped by the same people you are bragging about.

 29. Any one who reads this crap you have posted can tell who the racist is. You only attack only white entertainers like Madonna, Britney , Tom Cruise etc. - Isla R.

Don't go there with me. Do not try to pull the race card on me. Many of my predecessors are white. I have a white uncle and other white in-laws, who I adore just as much as my black relatives and would give them anything. Once again, don't go there.

I am not and never have been racist. My family is mixed with so many things, that to hate white people I would be hating my own forebears and some of what is coursing through my veins.

Nice try though - not. Think really hard. What do Madonna, Britney and Tom Cruise have in common, why I spoke out against them - they are all apart of sick celebrity cults claiming to be religious, which as a Christian I do not approve of and with good reason. Read on...

Tom Cruise is in Scientology, who a judge found tried to "emotionally, psychologically and financially" destroy a man who spoke out against them, which they have done to many others as well. These people aren't harmless, they are doing vile things to innocent people, who simply don't agree with them and speak out about it, also known as their right to freedom of speech.

Scientologists have been busted for bugging government offices, setting up reporters for crimes they did not commit for writing negative articles about them, and contributing to the deaths of dozens of innocent, unsuspecting people.

For more read www.whyaretheydead.net

It is a very troubling site, that is enough to make anyone metaphorically sick. It exposes the truth about what sick Scientologists did to real people who have done them no harm. Furthermore, they have gone into other countries like Spain and Germany, spreading this criminal mischief, much to the ire of foreign governments.

I dare you to defend any of that appalling conduct. No decent human being could.

Britney and Madonna are in the Kaballah cult, who are a thoroughly sick and evil group. Furthermore, I have seen firsthand how sick and destructive celebrity cults like Scientology and Kaballah are, having been a victim of the latter, who are harassing, terrorizing and defrauding me and family in a well documented human rights violations case, witnessed by many, where experts have even weighed in on the abuse and criminal mischief being committed. Much like they've done to other people, who like me, had to go to the authorities about them.

A Kaballah member in Madonna's London group, Fiona Davis, committed a vicious double murder in London, killing her grandmother and boyfriend, and spouting off the same insanity Madonna did on her tour about being "the Messiah" and attributing things to God that are ridiculous, erroneous and worst of all, dangerous.

Another member of that same Kaballah cult, who also studied with Madonna in London, Gilda  Mogilevsky, was arrested with a whopping $2,000,000 worth of drugs in her home. Clearly, that cult believes in criminal mischief as a way of life.

Once again, I dare you to defend any of that appalling conduct. No decent human being could. Check your facts next time, before you go making false accusations.

I’ve defended countless white stars and public figures on this site, such as The Windsors, The Beckhams, Jennifer Aniston, Alec Baldwin, Brad Pitt, Matt Lauer, Julian Lennon, Christie Brinkley, Mary Kate Olsen, Kate Moss and Pete Doherty, to name a few. I’ve sincerely complimented Sacha Cohen, Clive Davis, Paul Walker, Matt McConaughey, Roger Federer, Fran Drescher and many other white stars as well, in addition to black stars. The criteria was never and is never color.

I’ve called out black stars when they did things wrong too - Jay-Z (dissing preacher TD Jakes in a song and doing Joe Camel close ups), Beyonce (setting a bad example, stealing music and taking credit for songs she didn't write), Rihanna (stealing Jay-Z), Cam’ron (a clip from a DVD scene showing a little girl being spat on then murdered), Michael Jackson (anti-Semitic statements), Kobe (cheating on his wife) and R Kelly (marrying Aaliyah at 15), to name a few.

I spoke out against congressman William Jefferson (Democrat) A/K/A Freezerman and I also spoke out against congressman Mark Foley (Republican) AKA Kiddieman. One black one white, both wrong.

I’ve called out black people from my own homeland as well, Beenie Man, when he urged the killing of gays through his songs. While I am a Christian and don’t agree with homosexuality; I don’t want gay people to die. While Beenie Man has the right to say what he wants and to earn a living, I didn't agree with him urging the killing of gays.

I suggest you use the web site archives, because you couldn’t have read the site or my Columns any at all and wrote that.

OCTOBER 15, 2005 (QUESTIONS 1-19)

Sorry for not having posted anymore questions. The lunatics at a Madonna supported fan site sent a self-destructing virus with their whining emails and wiped out your questions and messages that had been in the mailbox for the interact section. They did this twice. Therefore, I reported it and them to the FBI. Data destruction is a crime. If you'd like to send your questions again, please do so. Sorry for the inconvenience. Here are the questions that have come in since that happened:

16. Question: Wow! I spend an hour reading your problems with Madonna. I believe everything you stated. I suppose the sad thing about all of this is that Madonna has gotten away with it. It's unfortunate that your complaints come across an an afterthought to most individuals. You should totally start adding fake music to your site and see if she bites...:)  ~Sergio

Answer: Hi Sergio, LOL @ the last statement. You know, several people have told me to do what you suggested in “start adding fake music to your site and see if she bites...:)” But I can’t bring myself to do that. I love my work too much and don’t want her using anything else that belongs to me. I didn’t want her using any of it in the first place, but that certainly didn’t stop her, now did it. I tried so hard to protect and secure my work and its privacy until released, but she criminally found a way around that as well -  and I’m not letting her get away with it.

She hasn’t gotten away with it www.aishamusic.com/lawsuit.htm. She’s got to deal with it now. Not just the stuff she stole from me, but from all the numerous hard working artists and writers that she has so disgracefully ripped off over the years, who are mentioned in the lawsuit as well. While I'm only suing on my behalf, I thought I would list all the people she ripped off to show there is a disgraceful history of theft with her and to, in a sense, give them the credit they were denied when she stole from them and took credit for their copyrighted works. It's all out there on the table. It’s the first time all her misconduct was listed in one formal, legal document. She has to face the public now regarding 20 years of stealing and legal answer for the works she vilely stole from me.

Several months ago before I realized just how far she had gone, someone said to me that if you don’t legally stop her she’s gonna keep doing this to you and several other writers as well. I was hoping there was something left of the conscience God gave her, but apparently not. He was right. She just kept stealing and stealing and stealing.

After she stole the first song and I didn’t sue her, rather than thank God that I didn’t, she saw it as a greenlight to steal everything she could and via criminal means as well. The band Jene v Jezebel said that of her on Yahoo Music as well - that she steals everything she can.

I think my complaints are an afterthought to her 200 brainwashed fan site members. Everyone who knows about what she’s done regarding stealing so much of my copyrighted work and harassing me has slammed her for it. Only people on her payroll and her virus sending management supported fan web sites view it as an afterthought. I’m fine with that, as they aren’t exactly impartial or rational, now are they. No one in good conscience could support such conduct under the auspices of being a fan of someone. That’s called fanaticism. I don’t care how much I like someone. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I wouldn’t support or make excuses for the wrong they did.

17. Question: Would you date anyone famous? - Anonymous.

Answer: I don't know, it would have to be someone really decent. Famous men sometimes behave so badly. Some of their partners are very beautiful and they cheat on them with different people anyway. Some famous men need to be neutered, as they are notoriously unfaithful and to their own detriment. Then again at the rate some of them are going, they won't have to worry about neutering, as it will probably fall off.

Just last week one of my friends who used to work in the PR department of a company stopped by the house and was talking to me about different things. Then I brought up a funny article I'd read in the newspaper about someone. She laughed, but she seemed to be unimpressed with the guy in the newspaper article. It made me wonder. Then she told me that the very famous subject of the story was quietly cheating on his wife.

I can't really say I was surprised, but it was still saddening to hear about it, as he and his wife make a nice couple and they have a beautiful family. God gave him so much and he is jeopardizing it all. I never get why men do that. By all accounts, his wife is a nice person as well. She doesn't deserve that from him. I hope he will wake up and appreciate the family God has given him before he ruins it.

So, constantly reading and finding out about celebrity misconduct isn't the greatest endorsement.

18. Question: Hi Aisha, Let me first start by saying that I admire your honesty and your positive energy and thinking and the fact that you're not keeping this Madonna ripping off/stealing stuff from you to yourself. It's hard to believe, but I myself,  I'm a Madonna fan for over 18 years now. But like you I'm also focused and struggling working really hard to make my dream come true and then it's not cool that someone just takes all the credit for work he or she didn't do! Even if that person is my idol that I adore you just don't do stuff like that and that's why I find it amazing that you don't take this s**t from her or someone else and letting the entire world know it. Good for you. That is what the world needs honest people. There is no religion higher then the truth! Greetings from Antwerp City, Belgium. - Jerry

Answer: Hi Jerry, greetings from Miami. Thanks for what you wrote. At least you're objective and can tell right from wrong. I wish you the best in your future endeavors. God bless.

19. Question: It says on your site Contemporary Girl copyrighted 2004. American Life came out in 2003. How did she steal your song.

- Madonnafan

Answer: Nice try, Madonnafan. "Contemporary Girl" has two released versions. One that was copyrighted in 2001, one that was copyrighted in 2002 and one that was copyrighted in 2004. These copyrights are all on file with the Library Of Congress. Many people heard the first version of Contemporary Girl released in 2001 that Madonna ripped off. In 2002, 50 international Djs got the version Madonna ripped off. I wasn't about to throw it away cause she ripped it off. So, I gave it a new beat and added a bit more instrumentation for the album version of it released in December 2004. The copyright date you saw was for the newer version - whose beat already got ripped off - but it is listed as apart of the lawsuit.

DECEMBER 27, 2004 (QUESTIONS 1-15)

1. Question: How long did it take to record the album and what was the experience like? What will you do different next time? Michelle

Answer: Michelle, I took my own sweet time didn't I. I guess almost 3 years (If you added it up in hours/days, it was probably a few months), but I was recording other albums at the same time, so I took my time (normally I can do a record in a couple weeks, even a week depending on the deadline). I wrote most of the songs on my album about 5 years ago, but the more recent additions like "Why Did This Happen To Me" I wrote about two years ago. I guess this web site was sort of like reality internet, if you will, because you got to see the project from its inception to its release.

It was a great experience. I learned a lot about myself and about music. Some musicians often think they know all there is to know about music, but it's a constant learning process where the more you work at it, the more you learn. I've recorded about 150 songs to date and hundreds of beats and I remember the recording sessions for most of them.

Next time I will record it more quickly. I've written my sophomore CD already and begun recording it. I've found what works best for me and developed my own style and techniques. I've learned the equipment and a great deal about engineering and mixing, especially techniques that save time and that's important because you don't want to flub a good take because it wasn't recorded with the highest fidelity.

2.  Question: What drives you to keep doing music? Who are your influences? Do you collaborate with any other artists? Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What is success to you? I'm a struggling musician and I feel that it's good to get insight from your peers instead of getting it from A&R's and label people. Stay focused.  Neon Browns

Answer: Neons, I love music. I was born into that environment. My dad raised me in the music industry. It's what I know.

I've been influenced by a lot of gospel music. I've also been influenced by many British musicians since I was a child.

In general, I would like to work with the artists I grew up listening to and several modern acts as well. Some for collaborations others to produce them on song for my soundtracks - songs I've written by God's grace that I think would sound great with certain vocalists.

In 10 years I pray that I'll be wherever God wants me to be. I would love to have a husband and children and to still be working in the industry.

My idea of success is putting out projects that honor God, uplift and teach people...all without compromising. In life sometimes people have admirable goals, but the things they sometimes do to achieve those goals aren't always good.

Success is actually achieving those goals without doing things that you are ashamed of or people question your integrity for because it contradicts what you previously said you stood for.

3. Question:  How did you become a singer & actress? Nasir Khan

Answer: Nasir, when I was 15, I was reading my Bible and praying asking God what I should be. I was thinking more along the lines of record company CEO and filmmaker, not singer. However, I wanted to ask God for His guidance as to what was best for me. It was a pleasant surprise that I'm very thankful to God for.

Becoming an actress seemed like the next logical step for me since I started writing screenplays at age 16 and had to invent characters and determine where they were coming from and what their motivation was. It was prepping me for acting and since I'm so cute I said why not. I'm kidding, but my mom always thought I was a bit of an actress and a comedian anyway. The kind of jokes I would make often required a lot of acting. The words, "you think you're funny don't you" were commonly heard around my house in regards to me. Mom, don't hate, congratulate. I'm kidding.

4. Question: Are you dating Lennox Lewis?  Anonymous

Answer: No I'm not, we've never met. We do have a mutual friend, though. However, this is a rumor I actually understand the origins of, as I read in a UK newspaper a couple years ago that his girlfriend's name is in fact Aisha, but that's another Aisha and not me.

5. Question: Aisha nice site...wat do you have to say to the naysayers and negative comments? (i kno every entertainers have negative comments). Anonymous.

Answer: Thanks, that's a very good question and a common problem for singers and musicians. I don’t pay attention to naysayers and here’s why. I can understand looking at the industry from a speculative point of view, much like a stockbroker assessing a stock, in trying to gauge the potential success of an unsigned artist, if you are a talent broker, which is what I’m doing - but outside of that, no one has any legitimate reason for being a naysayer other than having too much time on their hands or just general ill will and jealousy.

My dad raised me in the industry and a few basics I grasped early on as a kid was that many people in this business are untrustworthy, duplicitous, self-serving and insincere. Another basic I learned, and a very important one, is that careers go through phases.

When your career is starting, there’s the criticism, cynicism, disregard and general insolence from some arrogant, jaded industry execs, critics and sometimes celebrities. Then if and when a career takes off, the criticism, cynicism, disregard and arrogance turns into butt kissing and would you like to work with and or have sex with me.

People go from pretending they don’t know an artist when it’s not fashionable to, to claiming they are the newly successful artist’s best friend and have known them since they were in diapers, even if said artist doesn’t know them from Adam. It goes from “they’re not gonna make it” to “oh, I knew they were gonna make it all along.”

Therefore, who could take such a system seriously? I’ve seen so many singers and musicians go through that since I was a kid, that to me it’s like a bad movie I already know the ending to and will not give any credence to.

People also need to be wary of crossing some unsigned or new artists because they mistakenly feel they can. Over the years I’ve seen quite a few spring up out of nowhere to become quite successful…and quite vindictive to the people who mistreated them.

Lastly, I must note, there are some people in the industry who will truly take a liking to an unsigned artist, see their potential and try to develop it without being a jerk because they feel they are in a position to. Clive Davis saw a singer, um, I don’t know if you know her name, I think it’s Whitney, took her under his wing and about 100 million records later, she’s one of the best vocalists of all time. However, even if he’d never met and signed her…she still would have been the owner of one of the best singing voices God ever made. Which brings me to my point - people need to learn to appreciate people for who they are, not the material things they have.

6. Question: Hello Aisha, i was looking at your bio, your name is not African, its ARABIC, its a Muslim name, no way in Africa. The name Aisha is dated back to the days of the Prophet Muhammad. ITS a Muslim name, not African, just thought id like to get that straight, my moms name is AISHA. its a BEAUTIFUL name, its Arabic, and thought id let you know truthfully.   muju

Answer: Thanks, Muju. I read a few books that stated the name is North African and I've read other books as well that stated it's Arabic. Apparently the name is attributed to both countries. Ironically most of the Aisha's I've met are Indian. Also, in the Jewish faith there is the word "Aish," which is only one letter away from the name as well. Since I'm black and a non Muslim, no disrespect intended, I decided to use the North African attribution to cut down on confusion, which I do get a lot of from people as to my ethnicity and religion, due in part to my name. Then there's my middle name which is Kamilah, the English version being Camilla and people have made a few jokes about that as well in regards to its most famous namesake. And for the record, no, I don't know how Prince Charles is doing today (I'm just kidding - a little joke in response to the types of jokes I get).

7. Question: Can we meet? Anonymous

Answer: Yea, but you forgot to put your info.

8. Question:  I would like to know you more personally. Can you share some of your experiences in the music ministry with me? How long have you been singing and writing songs. -Joseph

Answer: Hi Joseph, I didn't start trying to sing properly until I was 15 years old, because that's when I realized singing was the career choice for me.

I wrote my first song at age 15, but prior to that I wrote poetry from age four that had a musical ring to it. I wrote my first poem, which is now an unreleased song, at age four. Even then by God's grace, it was pretty good. It was another reminder that God gave me a gift for writing. I really am a writer first, as it is what I started doing first. However, the singing came along later and has been such a joy to me.

I've had a lot of experiences in the music industry. Some of them good and some of them bad, through no fault of my own. I've met different musicians, writers, producers and executives. I lead a relatively quiet life, so a lot of industry places I don't go to.

9. Question: Which tennis players have you met? Anonymous.

Answer: I've only met one tennis player. A few yeas ago I was shopping and having lunch at the mall with a friend and as we were leaving Ana Kournikova drove up in the space next to us and we spoke briefly.

10. Question: Aisha hav u ever had sex. Wanna hav sex with me dear?  - Sha

Answer: Sha, I was sort of hoping no one would ask this, as it's a really private question, but I'm not angry that you asked. No, I have not had sex yet. I don't believe in sex before marriage, as I'm a Christian. When I was about 11 or 12 years old, during a prayer, I promised God that I would wait until I got married and I have kept that promise. So, unless you've got a ring in your pocket that's not on the horizon.

I would like to get married soon though - that would be great, but I haven't found the right man yet...and half the men in Miami are gay - Yea, that's right, I said it. Just kidding (not really).

So, God willing, while I'm out visiting different places promoting the album, it'll give me the opportunity to meet more people.

11. Question: Are you married? - Aisha

Answer: Yes, to Chris Webber - he just doesn't know it yet. Never mind we've never met. Besides, I don't understand why he is dating Tyra Banks. Just cause she's pretty. Is that any reason to date someone! In the words of another Chris, world renown poet Chris Tucker, "What about me!!!" I'm totally kidding and I wish them the best (I hate her!...joking again).

No, I'm not married. Not that I know of. Why, what have you heard. I'm just kidding. I haven't been married yet, as I don't currently have a back-up dancer and that seems to be the trend. Does anyone know if Paul Walker can dance?

I'm just kidding around with what I wrote. Actually, I haven't found the right victim, um, I mean, I haven't found the right man yet.

12. Question: My question is why you have my name? My name is Aisha Cleapor. I'm very upset that you stole it. Email me an e**ing answer - Aisha Cleapor.

Answer:  I take it from that expletive that you are in Britain. It was very rude of me to steal your name. I apologize and promise not to do it again. Never mind it's my God given name, I apologize.

13. Question: I am a songwriter and I am looking for someone to help me finish all my songs that I sang - Jasmine

Answer: Hey Jasmine, thanks for your question. It's great that you've written your own songs. However, a lot of lyricists run into the problem of needing assistance to finish the songs. I assume you are looking for a deal of some sort, whether publishing or recording, maybe both and need the songs to be finished in that format, so here's what I recommend.

a.) Write and record the beats. This is not easy for most. As a matter of fact, most of the female artists in the mainstream credited as writers don't write their own music, only the lyrics and sometimes not even all of the lyrics or melodies. The label hires producers for them to write and record the music. There are a few exceptions to this. Artists like Sheryl Crow, a former music teacher, who plays piano and guitar. She plays some of the instrumental parts on her records.

b.) Another option available is networking with local musicians. For example, you can find some through your local church choir/band. The keyboardist is your best option, as a keyboardist can make an entire beat in all its parts with a keyboard. You could also try to find musicians through music courses at a local college, who can write and record music to go with your lyrics.

However, make sure you have your agreement in writing prior to the start of work (who gets how much for each song or whether you'll just be buying beats from them).

NOTE: Be careful of networking with people you don't know, especially people who place ads in trade papers or on the internet, as sometimes it's not safe.

Also, make sure all your lyrics are properly copyrighted with the Copyright Office/Library Of Congress in Washington PRIOR to working with anyone. If your work is stolen, you'll need to prove you own the copyright.

If you choose to record in a studio, be careful of which studio you choose. Make sure they are reputable, because as a new artist in certain studios, you could be taking a serious risk. When you don't know the engineer that's recording you or who he might tell about your music, that could bring about problems. The studio engineer could end up telling one of his major label clients about your work if it was particularly good and if the client and or engineer is unethical, they will rip off your work. This has happened. So, be careful and copyright your work.

The Copyrig am a songwriter and I am looking for someone to help me finish all my songs that I sang - Jasmine
