July 31, 2008 Hello folks. I'm here writing to you as the sun goes down. I'm trying to wrap up site work for the evening and begin some music work. I spent many, many hours writing this month. I also made a breakthrough with an additional forthcoming patent that I'm excited about. By God's grace my mother and I made it through two terrible attacks on our safety and incidents of harassment. Through it all I choose to remain focused on my work, especially the patents. As the Bible says, "If God be for us who can be against us" and "you cannot curse what God has blessed." Amen! My sister is on a one month university exchange program in Spain. She is so excited and I am very happy for her. She's wanted to go there for quite a while. She speaks fluent Spanish and is staying on campus with a few of her friends. I hope they have a wonderful time (bring back some Real Madrid pics). They are finalizing the paperwork for my godbrother to be on the football team during his first year at university (Florida). I knew he could do it. He's living on campus at a university that's hours away from home and his mom misses him, but his attitude jokingly is regarding her, "Do I know you?" He was just so happy to get out of the house (LOL). His mother is vowing revenge, stating he will miss her when it's time for Sunday dinner and home is hours away (she always makes a big home cooked meal). She's so right with that one. I can just picture him wishing he was home on Sundays. He's an athlete, so he'll never admit he misses her as well (Ok, he probably doesn't miss her - just kidding). ARTIST OF THE MONTH
