December 31, 2007 Well, it's the last day of the year. Hopefully it was a good one for you. If it wasn't, be hopeful that the New Year will bring good things. I spoke to my Aunt in England recently and was greeted with the good news that I have a new cousin. He is absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful baby. This was his first Christmas and we are very glad he is apart of the family. Congrats! My holiday was pretty good. We had a Christmas dinner here for about 20 people. A good time was had by all (the clean up after the dinner wasn't good though...which is why I went to bed haha...don't look at me like that, I did the tree and the lights). I went all out with the tree inside and decorations out front. I was very happy with the lighting display. The kids that were here for dinner with their parents loved the lights. My friend's 2 year old daughter was trying to fight one of the lighted candy canes and it was hilarious. Her almost 3 year old relative was looking at her like "OK, then." They are great kids and they always do hilarious stuff. The 2 year old recently said to me "watch"..."ring"..."phone" (cell) asking for these items from me to play with, while I'm looking at her grandmother like, "Wow, she can talk!" She tried on my watch and ring too (LOL). My sister is taking some impressive courses at university. She's taking international relations. In this turbulent age, we all could benefit from that. She's also taking languages. She knows Spanish and now she's learning French. You go girl! ARTIST OF THE MONTH The artist of the month is "Four Kornerz." Their debut album is called "Soulectric."
