April 29, 2006 Hey guys, what's up. This was an eventful month. I sold my home,
got the equity out and moved to
another one.
I also thank God the move went well, as I have a lot of sensitive electronic equipment. The actual act of moving is such a pain in the butt. I don't relish it at all. My studio/home office has so much stuff that it took me two evenings/nights to pack it all up. Put it this way, we moved in on Monday afternoon and we are still unpacking. I tried barbequing for the first time on Friday, as I bought this grill because I'm determined to enjoy the summer and become more outdoorsy (let's see how long that lasts - 2 weeks tops). Actually grilling is quite convenient when you have mountains of boxes and can't find the pots, pans and utensils - even though you'd labeled the boxes. I'm just trying to get settled, get a bit of rest, fly a few places on business this month, publish my books and put out the final edition of the CDs. That's my itinerary this month. So look out for that on the very near horizon, God willing. THE ARTIST OF THE WEEK The artist of the week is the tremendous Juanita Bynum. Her current release is titled “A Piece Of My Passion” and is available now in stores (especially Wal-Mart - girlfriend is all over Wal-Mart! - well done).
