AISHA

Aisha is a singer, producer, author, director and owner of the independent music, film and literary label Sonustar. Her voice spans several octaves and covers every style from gospel to classical, R&B to rap. Her debut singles are titled "Contemporary Girl" and "The Greatest Of These Is Love." She has recorded 5 CDs - Aisha, Aisha The Remixes, City Of Broken Dreams, Live Your Life and The Only Stars Are In The Sky.

Aisha is also a filmmaker who has produced and directed the forthcoming films “Live Your Life,” “City Of Broken Dreams” and “The Only Stars Are In The Sky.” She has directed the music videos Contemporary Girl, Contemporary Girl (Rap Remix), The Greatest Of These Is Love, The Peace Of My Heart, Incredible Girl, The Only Stars Are In The Sky, Time Boogie, Miami Night, Hollywood Stinks, The Scene and Thieves.

She is additionally an author, who has penned nine books containing both her literary and photographic works. The books she has written are Peace, Poetic Heart, London, Miami, Contemporary Girls, Beauty, Londonite Socialite, 50 Reasons Why Hollywood Stinks and Cooking Good Looking Good.

BACKGROUND

Aisha hails from Jamaica’s prominent, international award winning Goodison family. Her father is the highly acclaimed, award winning musicologist and disc jockey, Vaughn “Bunny” Goodison click here. Her aunts are the international award winning playwright and radio personality Barbara Gloudon and Jamaica’s poet laureate Lorna Goodison.

Aisha’s English great-great grandfather, William Harvey, established the popular, enduring Jamaican town, Harvey River, which bears her grandmother’s maiden name.

COLUMNIST

Aisha is also a columnist. She is the writer behind the successful internet based Sound Off Column, read by millions around the world www.soundoffcolumn.com.

In December of 2006 Aisha's Sound Off Column was the first to break the story of FBI Patriot Act abuses click here. Three months later it was indeed confirmed that the FBI was abusing the Patriot Act, via a report in March 2007 that was presented to Congress by Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine.

Even after the report was issued Aisha maintained that there were more abuses. A few months later the FBI indeed found additional Patriot Act abuses via an internal audit.

In 2006 Aisha began writing articles regarding the financial state of America, warning that a crisis was coming. In the Summer of 2007 the mortgage crisis and dollar devaluation hit America full throttle and made international news.

Judiciary Report

Aisha's newest site venture, the Judiciary Report, has quickly gained a large readership www.judiciarytreport.com.

Further affirmation of her credibility rests in the fact that she revealed to the public first that both Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears were drug and alcohol users in danger of arrest. A few months later Lindsay Lohan was arrested twice for DUI (driving under the influence) and later confessed in a press release that she had indeed been abusing drugs and alcohol.

Aisha's statements regarding Spears were confirmed months later as well when a judge, Commissioner Scott Gordon, outed Britney in his custody ruling as a "frequent and habitual" drug and alcohol user. He further awarded custody of her toddlers to her ex-husband and granted her visitation rights, something Aisha began petitioning for in her Judiciary Report Column five months before his decision came down.

Aisha stated, "If I write something it is because it is true. I don't make things up on people. I don't believe in sensationalism. I don't run gossip sites. I believe in stating fact and given time the truth will come out and rule out.

I don't deliberately write things to hurt innocent people either. However, some items are of public interest, as it entails the safety and welfare of many.

Regarding other items where I have been put in harm's way, I don't believe in going quietly as the phrase goes. Why should I be silent about another person's misconduct that is detrimental to me. While I don't believe in violence, I have found speaking out is your best weapon."

COPYRIGHTED CATALOG

Aisha is the author of the world's largest independently owned intellectual property Copyrighted Catalog containing 10,000 songs, 300 movie scripts and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 200 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 150 photo treatments, a perfume line and clothing line.
