Politics And Partisanship

March 22. 2007

Right is right and wrong is wrong. Partisanship should not come into play when administering justice and setting the agenda for  government and a country. Moral accountability should be present in all issues. There are basic fundamentals that should be observed:

  • What is in the best interest of the country (not just one political party).

  • What is in the best interest of the youth of a country (and do remember, most kids aren't into politics. They just want to be cared for and know that their needs are met).

  • Lawmakers punishing lawbreakers within the scope of the law.

  • Equal access to housing, healthcare and government services (such as the police and firemen).
