In Maryland, Chief Judge, Royce C. Lamberth, has struck down U.S. President Barack Obama's 2009 executive order, permitting the use of embryonic stem cells in research. Many contend embryos are life and should be respected as such. Stem cell research is ungodly and uncouth. The Judiciary Report applauds this judicial decision.
