Edgar Valdez Villarreal

U.S. born drug kingpin, Edgar Valdez Villarreal, nicknamed, La Barbie, due to his blond hair and blue eyes, has been arrested by the Mexican government, on massive narcotics charges. Mexico has been doing a really good job waging a war against the cartels. 

Side Bar: When asked if he has any comment, La Barbie said, "Please tell Paris Hilton I will be unable to deliver her 1 kilo shipment this week." Ok, he didn't say that, but the Judiciary Report is asking him to, as it would really mess up Hilton's Las Vegas drug defense.
