If someone is up on a terror charge, why would anyone even entertain giving them bail. There shouldn't even be a bail hearing on such charges. Shouldn't getting arrested as a suspected terrorist be like having TB, automatically quarantined until you're cleared.

It's not like a hillbilly bar brawl arrest where someone's few remaining teeth got knocked out. These are people who believe in illegally knocking down buildings, using planes as bulldozers.
