Joe Wilson Censured For Obama Outburst September 15. 2009 Video: House Floor Debate: Resolution on Rep. Joe Wilson C-SPAN Republican congressman, Joe Wilson, was officially censured by the House of Representatives, for an outburst last week, which saw him call President Obama a liar.
