Justice is supposed to be blind. Judges aren't supposed to be when it comes
to justice. This site provides a

In a stupefying show of disapproval, world leaders snubbed
outgoing U.S. president George W. Bush at the G20 summit, by not
shaking his hand in a two-line parade of heads of state.
It is clear the international community is angry with Bush
for the chaos, financial devastation and gloom his policies have
caused in the world.
A store in Maine is taking bets on whether or not
president-elect Obama will be assassinated. A sign above the
betting box states, “Let’s hope someone wins.” This is a
completely inappropriate thing to do regarding any head of
state.

BOSTON (Reuters) - Passions flared
in a Maine town on Thursday over a sign in a store asking
customers to place bets on an assassination of President-elect
Barack Obama.
The Town Council in Standish
condemned the sign on Thursday in a 6-0 vote and declared it
reprehensible at a meeting where some residents defended the
store owner, saying he had a right to free speech even if in bad
taste, local authorities said.
"The town of Standish condemns in
the strongest terms any such alleged activity calling for
violence against any individual no matter their position, race
or ethnicity," said the resolution posted on the town's website.

Store asked customers to place a $1 bet on the date of Obama's
assassination, and said "Let's hope someone wins," the Portland
Press Herald reported. It was called the "Osama Obama Shotgun
Pool."
The National Intelligence Council today predicted that
America’s influence and clout in the world will fade by 2025.
After what Bush did, is there any wonder such reports are being
released. However, it has items inconsistent with other studies
of its kind.
For instance, it greatly underestimates China’s place in the
world and its rate of growth. Russia is a nation that should not
be underestimated either. There are other
underestimations and oversightsas well.
On America’s current path, it is going to be further weakened, due to
the financial mismanagement and poor political policies of the last
few
years.
The current U.S. economic crisis is changing the American way
of life. How the nation chooses to go forth will be up to the
government, if the people are not successful in getting their
will across.
I think everyone should strive towards world peace. It's
sounds naive, but it is the best course of action. It would
avert a lot of chaos, disaster, suffering, pain and loss of life.
Report: U.S. Influence Will Fade By
2025
Analysts gazing into what
amounts to an intelligence-based crystal ball see a future world
marked by dwindling resources, more people and diminished power
for the United States, as CBS News correspondent Bob Orr
reports.
The grim assessment, entitled
"Global Trends 2025: A Transformed World", comes from the
National Intelligence Council, an independent government body.
The report concludes that by 2025, "The U.S. will remain the
single most important actor but will be less dominant." ...
"China will have the world's second
largest economy," the report says, "and will be a leading
military power."
But conventional military strength
will be less important. The new threats will come from hackers
and cyber-terrorists, criminal gangs and other rogue groups...

Britney Spears is blaming her ex-husband, Kevin Federline,
for their divorce, due to the back up dancer wanting a rap career. I don’t buy
this story, as she was working way more than he was before she
lost her ever loving mind and went berserk.
Britney is blaming everyone under the sun for her problems
and poor choices,
except herself. You can tell by the look of disbelief on her
face that she has not accepted the turn her life took, but it
was her doing. She will never improve her mental health if she
continues on this path of denial and blame.
She is no doubt employing mentally unsound Kabbalah false
doctrine that states each individual consists of two people
rolled into one- a good persona and a bad one. The
latter is supposedly the one that is evil, wild and rebellious,
while the former is good.
Hence, the multiple personalities and crazy conduct by stars
who get mixed up with the cult. For example, a very serious Britney
Spears was seen babbling in a bad British accent
claiming to be someone else. During that same week, she then
spoke with a Spanish accent all day, while claiming to be
another person.
Madonna renamed herself “Esther.” She then began referring to
"Esther" as another person outside of Madonna. She also revealed
she has taught her kids
there are two people within them – a good and a bad one. This
type of conduct promotes mental illness.
Beyonce, Jay-Z’s wife, who is mixed up with Madonna, A-Rod
and Kabbalah,
renamed herself "Sasha" who she claims is the bad version of
herself. Ironically, prior to this, a radio station reported her
parents
are worried about her mental
health.

Any rational person knows the aforementioned multiple
personalities is not normal or appropriate conduct. There are not two yous. There’s only one. There were no past

You are a singular individual
and the choices you make are done as one entity and are good or bad, productive or
detrimental.
You are responsible for your conduct and the
consequences that spring from your choices. To blame it on the
so-called
bad you or your alter ego is fostering and stoking serious

FEDERLINE'S RAP DREAMS FOR SPLIT
BRITNEY SPEARS has blamed her
ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE's failed rap career for the couple's
break-up.
The pop star claims her romance
with Federline was over long before she filed for divorce -
because he was too busy building his own career to spend time
with her.
She says, "He started to do an album for himself and he started
to do things for himself, and I just never saw him anymore."
In a very bizarre story, a drug suspect’s wife, Christina
Korbe, 40, killed an FBI agent, Samuel Hicks, 33, as he
attempted to execute a warrant at her Pittsburgh residence.
The
FBI sought to arrest her husband, Robert Korbe, on cocaine
charges, though according to the AP, he reportedly was not named
in the indictment.

The initial reports yesterday stated the agent was killed
during a home invasion.
This was published due to the allegation the drug suspect’s
wife was at home with her young children and thought someone,
Hicks, was trying to break into their property.
She reportedly called 911 to report an intruder and fired one shot hitting Hicks, who later died
at the hospital.
Christina Korbe was arrested and denied bail regarding the
shooting.

The FBI states they did announce themselves, Korbe contends
she did not hear them during the early morning round up.
According to a news report, Hicks was wearing a bullet proof
vest. No information was released regarding where the bullet
struck that caused the fatality.
Many FBI agents have served warrants on white collar and
violent criminals in business suits, with little protective gear,
which is not the best practice.
It is usually SWAT that is dressed in full protective gear (head
gear included).
People in the drug trade can be very violent, vicious and
irrational, suffering from paranoia and rage, due to the
competitive and barbaric nature of the narcotics industry.
FBI arrested Bear Stearns employees a few
months ago in business suits:
FBI agents are required to carry a weapon at all times (while
on duty). I have seen FBI agents on duty walking around without
their guns. Not to encourage violence, but it’s not a good idea,
as everyone is not your friend.
In closing, what did this man really die for. It was a
senseless tragedy compounded by the fact he leaves a wife and
small child behind.
No Bail For Woman Accused Of
Killing Agent
PITTSBURGH, Nov. 20, 2008 -

FBI agent Samuel Hicks, 33, was
shot and killed while serving a warrant associated with a drug
distribution ring. One suspect is in custody. Hicks is survived
by his wife and his three-year-old son.
(CBS/AP) A judge denied bail on
Thursday for a woman accused of killing an FBI agent during a
drug raid that led to her husband's arrest on cocaine-dealing
charges.
Christina Korbe, 40, was arraigned
early Thursday on a homicide charge in the shooting death of
Special Agent Sam Hicks on Wednesday.
Korbe told investigators she
thought her home was being burglarized and that she was shooting
at an intruder.
Hicks and other law enforcement
officers went to Korbe's home to serve a warrant on her husband,
Robert, as part of a drug sweep.
Christina Korbe called 911 during
the raid and said her house was being robbed and that she had
fired at a burglar. She was arrested while still on the phone
with an emergency dispatcher.
She later told investigators that
she never heard police announce themselves, according to a
criminal complaint.
...Police surrounded the house and
announced themselves saying, "This is Pittsburgh police. We have
a warrant for your arrest," according to an affidavit obtained
by WTAE.
The affidavit indicated that Hicks,
who was wearing a bullet-proof vest, looked inside the house and
saw a man running. At that point, authorities said the
homeowner, Robert Korbe, 39, went to the basement of the house
to flush cocaine down the sink, WTAE reported.
According to the affidavit,
Christine Korbe said she got a gun and fired one shot, thinking
it was a burglar coming in and not federal agents.
The gunshot struck Hicks and agents
and officers pulled him out of the house and started
cardiopulmonary resuscitation. He died at an area hospital, WTAE
reported.

never heard police announce themselves, but Robert Korbe told
police he knew full well it was police and not burglars at the
door, according to the affidavit, WTAE reported.

Al Qaida’s second in command, Ayman al-Zawahri, referred to
U.S. president-elect Barack Obama as a “house negro” which is a
slur from slavery days in America.
He also slammed Colin

epithet. Well, somebody’s in a bad mood.

of hatred (for non-blacks), preferring Martin Luther King jr’s
message that blacks and whites, all men are created equal.
And another thing, Malcolm X had bright auburn hair with
little curls and hazel eyes. Based on that, he probably would have been
a “house negro.”

with racial epithet
CAIRO, Egypt (AP) — Al-Qaida's No.
2 leader used a racial epithet to insult Barack Obama in a
message posted Wednesday, using a demeaning racial term implying
that the president-elect is a black American who does the
bidding of whites.
The message appeared chiefly aimed
at persuading Muslims and Arabs that Obama does not represent a
change in U.S. policies. Ayman al-Zawahri said in the message,
which appeared on militant Web sites, that Obama is "the direct
opposite of honorable black Americans" like Malcolm X, the 1960s
African-American rights leader.
In al-Qaida's first response to
Obama's victory, al-Zawahri also called the president-elect —
along with secretaries of state Colin Powell and Condoleezza
Rice — "house negroes."
Speaking in Arabic, al-Zawahri uses
the term "abeed al-beit," which literally translates as "house
slaves." But al-Qaida supplied English subtitles of his speech
that included the translation as "house negroes."
The message also includes old
footage of speeches by Malcolm X in which he explains the term,
saying black slaves who worked in their white masters' house
were more servile than those who worked in the fields. Malcolm X
used the term to criticize black leaders he accused of not
standing up to whites.

The Egyptian militant also
criticized Obama, born to a Muslim Kenyan father, for what he
described as turning his back on his Muslim roots.
"The Muslim nation received with

with the enemies of Muslims."

and is currently sailing towards Somalia, an official at Hong

The raid came after a supertanker
with a $100 million (66 million pound) cargo was seized by
Somali pirates in the Indian Ocean at the weekend, mocking a
rush by NATO and the European Union to control piracy problems
in one of the world's busiest shipping routes.

general Alberto Gonzales have been indicted in South Texas on
charges involving “federal prisons.”

Texas (AP) - Vice President Dick Cheney and former Attorney
General Alberto Gonzales have been indicted on state charges
involving federal prisons in a South Texas county that has been
a source of bizarre legal and political battles under the
outgoing prosecutor.
The indictment returned Monday has
not yet been signed by the presiding judge, and no action can be
taken until that happens.
The seven indictments made public
in Willacy County on Tuesday included one naming state Sen.
Eddie Lucio Jr. and some targeting public officials connected to
District Attorney Juan Angel Guerra's own legal battles.
Regarding the indictments targeting
the public officials, Guerra said, "the grand jury is the one
that made those decisions, not me."
Guerra himself was under indictment
for more than a year and half until a judge dismissed the
indictments last month. Guerra said the prison-related charges
against Cheney and Gonzales are a national issue and experts
from across the country testified to the grand jury.
Cheney is charged with engaging in
an organized criminal activity related to the vice president's
investment in the Vanguard Group, which holds financial
interests in the private prison companies running the federal
detention centers. It accuses Cheney of a conflict of interest
and "at least misdemeanor assaults" on detainees because of his
link to the prison companies.
The Dow plunged today like mannish Madonna's
estrogen levels. The dip is being attributed to lack of
confidence, instability, the grimness of the situation and heavy
steroid use. Oh wait, that was Madonna. The Dow plummeted,
because Congress is indecisive about bailing out Detroit.

NEW YORK (AP) - Wall Street hit
levels not seen since 2003, with the Dow Jones industrial
average falling below the 8,000 mark, as the fate of Detroit's
Big Three automakers and the economy disheartened investors.
Stocks finished at their lows of
the session after the automakers pleaded for relief during a
second day of hearings in Washington. The heads of General
Motors Ford and Chrysler are asking for a massive infusion of
cash to prevent millions of layoffs and stave off bankruptcy.
Investors were discouraged by the
Fed's sharply lowered projection for economic activity this year
and next. Economic worries caused across-the-board selling, with
financial stocks particularly hard hit.
The Dow finished down nearly 430
points at the 7,990 level.

He took responsibility for your kids when you had a psychotic
break and grew completely
schizophrenic, reckless and abusive. If there’s anyone that
should be complaining it’s him.
One minute you were singing “Hit Me Baby One More Time” and
the next you were literally hitting a man with an umbrella one
more time, after
assaulting his unsuspecting SUV. Let's not even talk about the
split personalities. One of them had another name and a British
accent.

number 9 on the music charts…right behind Enya's Christmas album.

No. 8, with first week sales of 92,000 copies, and a Christina

More proof that Madonna nor her estranged husband Guy
Ritchie should go anywhere near a film set arrived in the form
of news that both their films they claim to have directed,
bombed spectacularly at the box office.
Madonna’s flop "Filth And Wisdom" which is a rip off, fared horribly, only
grossing “$18,000” at the box office since its release last
month (LOL).
What’s sick and disturbing about Madonna’s 2008 movie “Filth And
Wisdom”
with the title reminding me of an old Swing Out Sister album titled
“Filth And
Dreams” which I ironically screened on my hacked
computers in 2007, is the so-called film is a blatant rip off of a
movie I copyrighted two years ago in 2006.
Regrettably, as I have stated before, my Copyrighted
Catalog, of which said aforementioned projects are apart, was stored on my
business computers, that were repeatedly hacked by Madonna.com’s
hosting company, Digilink, with an illegally made copy of my
Catalog, forwarded to Madonna, who has been illegally using
items from it in criminal violation of domestic and
international law. She paid them to do it.
The lead character in Madonna’s rip off “Filth And Wisdom” is
an immigrant named A.K. aspiring to be a singer. In my 2006
preexisting copyrighted movie script, I star in the biopic, as
myself, an immigrant
aspiring to be a singer, whose initials are A.K. (short
for "Aisha Kamilah" - and I do go by the initials A.K. sometimes
or A.G.).
The script I wrote in 2006 is
reflective of my own real life story and she has ripped it off
two years later in 2008 and additionally added some really
bizarre things to it. I also recorded and copyrighted a
10-song soundtrack for it in 2006.
The soundtrack, the script and some of the footage were all
copyrighted by me, from 2006 and is on deposit in the Copyright
Office in Washington, DC.
This copyright theft, is extremely creepy and betrays the
very sick mind she has, as no sane person would do such a thing
and go
to such extremes to constantly steal from and
mimic what someone else is doing.

Guy Ritchie's "RockNRolla" A Massive Flop
Guy Ritchie isn't much better than she is in this respect,
but he learned it from her. As previously stated on this
website, Ritchie has been sued by different people for stealing
every project he ever directed. There is always a lawsuit when
he releases a project, as he simply rips off others' copyrights.
He
ripped off a years old copyrighted movie script from my
Copyrighted Catalog that Madonna illegally passed to him. He
renamed it "RocknRolla" and illegally took full credit and
payment for allegedly writing and directing it. Her label's
former parent company Warner Bros released it last month and
took a bath on it.
They shall rue the day they ever signed him to do anything, as the sum they
will pay in fines and restitution for going along with the
criminal copyright infringement is going to be massive.
Apparently, Madonna's checks to gossip writer Roger Friedman have been bouncing, as
he gleefully broadcasted her failure and that of her husband on the Fox
News website.

Forget Madonna's marital woes. Now
no one wants to see her movie. Unfortunately, even New Yorkers
didn't want to see it. So far, "Filth and Wisdom" has sold just
over $18,000 in tickets since its release October 17th. Even
worse, it's not even playing in New York. The strange film
played in three theaters over the weekend: in Toronto, St.
Louis, and Columbus, Ohio.
The three screens this past weekend
was down from 10 the week before. In other words, Madonna's not
going to be directing any major motion pictures any time soon.
But it's not like soon to be ex
hubby Guy Ritchie is doing any better. His "RockNRolla" follows
in a long line of box office busts for him. It's made $3 million
since its release on October 8th. On Halloween, Warner Bros,
increased its screens from 19 to 826. This didn't help much. On
Sunday when the take for most movies is up, "RockNRolla" fell
28.7 percent.
Good Judges That Buck The Trend...And Were Punished For It
Some judges in the judiciary showed they care about the average American by
awarding in their favor when their rights were violated. However, they were
punished for it.
"Buying Justice" Justice C.P. (Chuck) McRae is adored by trial lawyers--and
reviled by business. A colorful, cocky figure who drives a motorcycle to the
courthouse and dresses in cowboy boots, blue jeans and lots of leather, he was
once president of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association.
Nearly all of his $700,000 campaign fund in 2000 came in the form of $5,000
gifts from plaintiff attorneys who stand a chance of appearing before him. McRae
says he is proud of "defending the have-nots against the haves for more than 11
years," a populist sentiment that unsettles business execs. He was "the dominant

her abusive husband, with a history of domestic violence, once

In my humble opinion, if your criminal negligence causes someone
permanent damage, you should do jail time for that. Had he not been so arrogant
and dismissive, not listening to the woman's pleas, as was shown on tape, none
of this would have happened. His conduct has profoundly and negatively affected
Yvette Cade for the rest of her life.
He should have been held accountable in criminal court for his
conduct, as it was 100% negligence with disastrous results. If someone, through
criminal negligence, opened him or his family members up to such danger, he

The most crooked judge in the
entire judiciary. Appointed by George W. Bush, she has shown
wanton negligence in several cases, that has been criticized by
the public and professionals alike, in pieces that are available
online. The newest judge in the downtown Miami federal
courthouse, she has been given cases of serious importance that
is making a negative impact on the county's
name and the court's credibility in the world.

Multi-millionaires and big
corporations, vs. everybody else
The only people who really can
expect some fairness in American courts are multi-millionaires and big
corporations. Nobody else really matters to American judges and lawyers.
There is a huge amount of bribery
in America, perhaps even more than in the courts of any other country in the
world. Even some American ex-judges have admitted the near-universality of
bribery there. Nearly all bribes are given to the judges by lawyers; this is
considered the safe way to bribe a judge.
Bribery is rarely spoken about,
just understood.
Rich people pay huge amounts of money to law firms with connections, the
lawyers walk around with a certain amount of cash in their jacket, and they pass
it to the judges in their quiet moments together. It is mostly all cash of
course. Sometimes the bribery is blatantly obvious, because of the other crimes
that lawyers and judges commit in broad daylight together.
In the courtrooms you can see the
judges being extremely friendly to their rich lawyer friends who pay big bribes.
As an average person, there's no
real way to out-bribe a big corporation, regardless of what your lawyer promised
you. That's why the big companies win so often.
American judges are very devious,
and use all sorts of techniques to prevent a victim from getting justice. Lots
of judges issue gag orders, and bans on freedom of speech, to help prevent other
people from finding out what is going on. Judges set up a trial in all sorts of
ways, giving orders that all sorts of evidence be hidden from a jury, for
example. The judge may declare, for example, that the evidence that proves you
are innocent or right, will not be allowed at the trial.
Jury trials are actually very rare
in America, unlike what you see in the movies. Most cases are settled through
some deal or extortion or intimidation, before there is an actual trial. If
there is a jury trial, they tend to stack the jury with un-educated idiots who
will tend to believe whatever lies they are told by the judge and the
government.
If you are trying to fight a rich
person in court, the judge might let the fancy lawyers for the rich person say
anything they want, while he tells you to shut up as soon as you start talking.
The judges have a thousand ways to rig a legal proceeding, to benefit rich
people or the government.
.... All world citizens should know
how the corrupt USA legal system, is a danger to every traveler, visitor, and
guest worker from overseas, and to every individual who takes the risky step of
entering upon American territory. Just ask the overseas families of prisoners
who were put to death inside the USA, with their embassies never even being
informed that they were arrested - or the many foreign people serving hugely
long prison terms in America, after they were jailed on flimsy tainted
"evidence" from criminal snitches.
The reality is that the United
States of America, which proclaims itself the "land of freedom," has the most
dishonest, dangerous and crooked legal system of any developed nation. Legal
corruption is covering America like a blanket.
The corruption of the USA legal
system is well-known, but also well-hidden, by the news services of America's
corporate-owned media. The US media companies are afraid both of reprisal, and
of the social revolution that would come from exposing the truth. Here is what
