This week it was confirmed via a lawsuit against the U.S.
FDA that the government has been spying on "scientists"
and "doctors" by illegally hacking
and reading their emails, among other things. The lawsuit was filed by
employees of the FDA, who are "doctors" and "scientists"
that blew the whistle, regarding the government jeopardizing the public's
health and lives (see article below for more information).
For over 3-years the Judiciary Report has maintained that
the U.S. Government has been spying on "doctors",
"scientists", professors, select
business people and bloggers that show promise or insight in the areas of medicine,

v. FBI lawsuit goes into specific incidents regarding the FBI
illegally hacking and reading my emails, many of which have to do with
science, medicine, technology and entertainment copyrights and patents, some
of which were unlawfully passed around the Federal Bureau of Investigation
(FBI), quoted on their website FBI.gov without attribution or permission and
sent to other entities that had no business or right accessing them.
I have copies of my original copyrights and time stamped
emails regarding them and the later infringements by the FBI via articles
they published on their website FBI.gov and in several separate and unrelated
federal indictments of others, such as businessmen, a multi-million dollar
computer company, two scientists and three hackers.
In the not too distant future, I'm going to give the FBI the
Daily Mail
treatment, where I publish a copy of my preexisting, time stamped emails I
have saved and backed up on discs, then the later infringements by the FBI
on their website and in federal indictments. The FBI has done it so many
times, I can publicly cite at least 50 verbatim instances, via the
aforementioned comparative method, as seen in the
Daily Mailarticle.
The evidence is undeniable.

FBI for help in 2005, regarding Madonna
and her cronies in Hollywood violating and infringing my Copyrighted
Catalog, as U.S. law states they are the agency that handles copyright
infringement. It is their congressional mandate. I also gave them detailed
information they used VERBATIM in the indictment of Anthony Pellicano in
2006, for which they obtained a conviction.
In 2005 the
FBI requested copies of my many Library of Congress Copyright Certificates,
which I furnished them with, only for the agency to arrogantly turn around
and begin doing whatever they felt like with my very valuable copyrights,
which is a crime. You're an absolute disgrace to America for trampling the
Constitution in the manner you have. I've never seen anything like this in
my life. The agency has no integrity whatsoever.
Privacy is a
precious commodity and right not to be suspended on the whim of select,
lawbreaking government officials, who claim they have ivy league university
degrees, but can't think for themselves, so they resort to illegally
reading the emails and computer contents of others that are trying to
improve the public's health, lives and well being through science and
medicine.
America has
become a police state where those in charge believe they are the only one
that must have all the information, money, power and control over every
aspect of the public's collective life, while driving the nation straight
into the ground, via financial and social ruin.

Live" I did see the clip online of NSYNC singer Justin Timberlake, 30,
dissing pop star, Justin Bieber, 17. He made fun of Bieber describing him

wig on a chipmunk and train it to act like a black man." Ouch!

It is being reported Bieber will host "Saturday Night
Live" shortly and perform music. Will the Bieber slam Timberlake in
return for his terrible portrayal of him on the show last year. Will he mock

The FBI raided the home of Judy Sanchez in Fitchburg,
Massachusetts, by discreetly and quietly chain sawing off her front door.
Then, they proceeded to hold Sanchez and her daughter at gunpoint for a
terrifying 30 minutes. You would think after using taxpayer money to go to
all that trouble in staging a raid, the FBI would at least make sure it was
the right property. Well, never one to be bothered with such pesky details,
they did not and it was the wrong apartment.
That could not have been me. I would have been in there
reading them the riot act, regarding how I am going to write on the internet
about them, their mamas, wives, kids, dog and pet goldfish for the raid and
call for a boycott. Sanchez is not amused, however. She is angry and stating
the agency's apology is not enough. Haha the FBI is gonna get sued. Maybe
now thy will learn to use GPS and stop winging things.

a frantic bid to prove herself sexy, after her husband, Ashton Kutcher, 33,
dumped her for younger women. Kabbalah folks sure love stalking people. It
is being stated, Moore stalked Efron to a party and tried to have sex with
him, but it did not happen. Furthermore, when a man or woman dates a younger
person, it does not mean the individual is sincere, as some are social
climbers, while others seek career and money favors.

It is sad that Moore views her self-worth solely in relation
to how she looks, rather than who she is as a human being. She should spend
more time working on what's inside her heart and mind, rather than obsessing
over the frustrating, futile quest she is on to be 21, when she is almost
50. She's had that time in her life already. By all means, do one's best to
look great at any age, but one should not let that vanity consume one to the
point it becomes self-destructive and depressing. Aging is the nature of
life.

Looks like my words last year regarding the Obama
Administration are become prophetic. In the July 26, 2011 article "Senator
Demands FBI Investigate Rupert Murdoch For Hacking Rival & Stealing
Their Copyrights" I wrote regarding the Obama Administration,
"None of you deserve to be in office, as you
failed the people across the board, due to bribery and campaign donations.
In 2012, you deserve to lose by a landslide, because you knew of the
crimes and abuses and looked the other way."
This week Gallup announced a new poll, which revealed
President Barack Obama is firmly in position to lose the 2012 election by a
landslide. Gallup predicts "huge
losses" for Obama. However, Obama is in denial, continuing to allow his
administration to run amok, while his head is completely buried in the
proverbial sand.
President Obama and his contingent in Washington
are operating under the misguided belief, millions of voters did not witness
the sheer corruption and treachery emanating from him, his employees and
appointees, in unlawful misdeeds he rubberstamped. This corruption could not
have been worth you presidency and legacy. The ironic aspect of it is by the
time you wake up to the reality of what you have done, it will be too late
to save yourself or your presidency.

Gallup Numbers Predict Huge Obama Loss

state-by-state presidential approval numbers yesterday, and the results
should have 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue very worried. If President Obama
carries only those states where he had a net positive approval rating in
2011 (e.g. Michigan where he is up 48 percent to 44 percent), Obama would
lose the 2012 election to the Republican nominee 323 electoral votes to 215.
Gallup adds: Overall, Obama averaged 44% job approval in his third year
in office, down from 47% in his second year. His approval rating declined
from 2010 to 2011 in most states, with Wyoming, Connecticut, and Maine
showing a marginal increase, and Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New
Jersey, Arizona, West Virginia, Michigan, and Georgia showing declines of
less than a full percentage point. The greatest declines were in Hawaii,
South Dakota, Nebraska, and New Mexico.

Don Cornelius Sadly Dies Of A Gunshot
Wound To The Head At Age 75

Don Cornelius, the producer and host of the long running music program
"Soul Train" died today of an apparent suicide at his Sherman
Oaks home in Los Angeles, California. One of his sons discovered Cornelius
with a gunshot wound to the head and he was pronounced dead at the
hospital. He was 75-years-old.
Cornelius had sustained a stroke and was struggling with an unnamed
brain condition. These medical issues can trigger dementia, which leaves
sufferers unsettlingly confused, scared and at times, unsure of who they
are, to the point of tears. Sadly, others suffering from brain injuries
have committed suicide as well, under the cloud of confusion the condition
sometimes brings and it is regrettable.

Leslie Carter, the 25-year-old singer and sister of Backstreet Boys
star, Nick Carter, was found dead today in New York. Carter released music
and also became a reality star, after appearing on the family's show
"House Of Carter." Toxicology tests are being performed to
ascertain the cause of death.

TMZ is stating Carter had battled an addiction to prescription pills,
which the site is blaming as the culprit, after she was left alone for an
hour, then found unconscious. She leaves behind a husband and 10-month-old

At the beginning of last year, talent show judge Simon Cowell, was
cocky after he left "American Idol." He stated his new show on
Fox entitled "X-Factor" would surpass the ratings of
"American Idol" which was also experiencing a dip in viewership.
The show debuted last year and consistently pulled
half the ratings of "American Idol" leaving Cowell red-faced at
his previous, proud proclamations.
To save his own skin, he has fired the entire cast, save for L.A. Reid.
Talent judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, along with host Steve
Jones, have been kicked off the show. These people were allegedly Cowell's
friends and he fired them. That says it all.

Side Bar: This past Saturday, while I was at a mall in Miami,
not really frequented by wealthy people, Simon Cowell's multi-millionaire
partner from the British version of "X-Factor" began nervously
walking towards me, biting the nail of his index finger. When he began
looking in my face, I glared at him for doing so, because I thought I
recognized his face as that of an adversary in the phone
hacking/hacking/copyright case, which I broke first via police
complaint in 2005.
When I did that Walsh quickly walked up the escalator with his male
friend with them staring at me. They could have picked any time to be at
that mall. Of all the times to be at that mall and to be walking right up
towards me and staring in my face, knowing what he's done, is out of
order. That's called stalking. I'm friendly to people that approach me,
but frankly, I don't want anything to do with the people from the phone
hacking and copyright infringement case, as they are unbalanced. They have
done some terrible things behind the scenes to innocent people.

Brown twice tried to approach me, much
to my annoyance. Walsh also has ties to Cheryl Cole, who he
launched to stardom and managed in Girls Aloud. Cole is also a Simon
Cowell affiliate that hosted "X-Factor" about a year ago. Cole
like Cowell, committed criminal copyright infringement in stealing the
song "Fight For This Love" from my preexisting Copyrighted
Catalog, among other items.

Local news media is projecting, based on votes, Mitt Romney
has won the State of Florida in the Republican primary, defeating Newt
Gingrich by a very comfortable margin, as predicted by polls. In the space
of one week, Romney went from trailing significantly behind former
frontrunner Gingrich in Florida, to the winner.
