Republicans are vowing to vote down in Congress. He was featured on
American news networks all day. It was an Obama-thon.
Seriously, every time I glanced at the news, there was Obama.
FBI Analysts Lied To Convict Innocent People

To illustrate the treachery and corruption that exists
at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, several FBI analysts have been
exposed by the U.S. Court system as liars that willfully submitted
knowingly false evidence, that convicted innocent minorities of crimes
they did not commit, sending them to prison for decades.
Why? They are hateful racists and the FBI has an
informal arrest quotas, demanding agents solve a certain amount of
crimes, lest they get stuck in the FBI gulag and not make it to the
executive level of the agency with higher pay and perks.
That is no way to run a law enforcement agency. It is
about quality, not quantity. Yes, work at an efficient speed, but
knowingly engaging in corruption and throwing innocent people in prison,
just to have bodies to meet the quota is criminal and inexcusable.
The job does not offer great opportunities for
advancement and there is so much bureaucracy at FBI headquarters in
Washington, D.C. very few of them have clean hands. They done and looked
the other way to very shameful things, under poor leadership, that cost
innocent Americans and world citizens their lives and in quite a few
instances, their health.
It's amazing that President Obama is speaking of
"overhauling" everything under the sun in America, from health care to
education, yet has woefully and negligently overlooked the FBI, the
nation's first line of defense against terrorism and crime, that is the
equivalent of a broken lock on the front door of the house that is
America.
Suspicions about FBI
analysts growing
Sunday, March 14, 2010 - The
U.S. attorney's office in the District has found more than 100 cases
since the mid-1970s that need to be reviewed because of potentially
falsified and inaccurate tests by FBI analysts.
The report, filed in D.C.
Superior Court late Friday, stems from an internal investigation by
prosecutors after the exoneration in December of Donald E. Gates, who
was falsely imprisoned for 28 years for the 1981 rape and slaying of a
Georgetown University student.
The review was launched to
examine 20 cases in which Justice Department officials questioned the
validity of statements made by six FBI forensic analysts who were
identified in a 1997 report by the department's office of inspector
general...
A database of the FBI analysts
names has been created to allow prosecutors to collect and research
cases...
But Sandra Levick, chief of
the special litigation division for the District's Public Defender
Service, said the new report is "troubling" because "the government
still does not know the number of people hurt by testimony from
discredited FBI analysts, although it was given names beginning in
1997."...
Charles Antonucci, the former
head of Park Avenue Bank, was arrested by the U.S. federal government on
charges of stimulus fraud, regarding misuse of TARP funds.
The privately owned, Park Avenue Bank,
recently collapsed and was seized by federal regulators, who now allege
Antonucci stole $6.5 million dollars in TARP money, to fund a lavish
lifestyle.

George W. Bush, as a direct result of his terrible tenure in the White House, then spread globally, it is being
reported in the New York Times, the East is looking down on the West, it once revered.
Choices spilling out of Washington, exhibiting poor
financial acumen, are not helping matters. America can recover, but not
along the path President Obama is currently trotting. If the wild
spending continues, by 2012, America is going to be so in debt,
prosperity will be a distant memory.
It is time to change course, Mr. President. You cannot
continue to spend money that is not your own, in this manner, placing
the nation's citizens in indefinite debt.

Michael David Barrett, the sexual predator that criminally stalked and
and perversely recorded ESPN sportscaster, Erin Andrews nude in her
hotel room, without her knowledge, has been sentenced to 30 months in
prison and ordered to pay $7,366 in restitution.
Andrews was not happy with the sentence, believing he deserves more time
in prison and she is right.
As it was his first offense and no act of violence was involved, it was
most likely the best the prosecutor could do, under established
sentencing guidelines.
However, it was reported he engaged in this misconduct against a dozen
other women. If he was prosecuted for each victim, he could spend the
next two decades behind bars. He should also be forced to register as a
sex offender.

A Los Angeles federal judge today sentenced a Chicago businessman
to 30 months in prison for secretly shooting video of ESPN reporter Erin
Andrews and and posting it on the Internet.
Michael David Barrett, 49, was
also ordered to pay restitution totaling $7,366.
Barrett, 48, of Westmont,
Ill., pleaded guilty to various charged in December, including having
the intent to "harass or to cause substantial emotional distress" to
Andrews. He admitted that he used the Internet to try to distribute his
videos...
“I am subject to crude
comments," she told the court in December. "I walk into stadiums, and
fans make crude comments to me. I have nightmares about this sexual
predator.”
Man Dies After Choking On Pot Baggie and Being Tasered
In a bid to evade police apprehending him with a large
bag of marijuana, gay porn star, Andrew Grande, swallowed the packet of
illegal narcotic, was tasered for resisting arrest and choked to death.
The police tried to help him, once they realized he was
choking, but by the time paramedics arrived and removed the bag of
marijuana from his throat, he had choked to death.
The entire episode was caught on camera by a film crew
taping a reality show featuring Grande. What a sad and unsavory
profession. Not to mention, a tragic way to die.
Living a fast life of illegal drugs, pornography and
deviant sex, is not worth the risk. Living a decent life in the sight of
God is what is most important.
The Judiciary Report would like to encourage those
living an alternative lifestyle or those in the field of pornography and
or illegal drugs, to leave it behind. That is not what God wants for

Suspect Dies after Attempt to Swallow Bag of Pot, FDLE Investigates

Panama City Beach- The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is
investigating the death of a local man who died while Bay County
Sheriff's deputies were trying to arrest him. The death of 23-year-old
Andrew Grande is devastating for his friends and family. But it was also
traumatic for the deputies and the camera crew riding along with them as
the responded to a disturbance call early Friday morning.
Just after 2AM Friday deputies responded to a disturbance call at the
Executive Inn on front beach road. They say Grande pushed a female
friend. A camera crew from Zoo Productions filmed what happened when
deputies arrived. When one of the deputies tried to arrest him they say
he resisted and stuffed something in his mouth. That's when at least one
of the deputies shot him with a taser. They say he pulled the taser
probes out of his body, that's when deputies noticed he was choking...
Had he done that Grande would
have most likely faced misdemeanor charges...

In looking at the tragic death of former child
star, Corey Haim, one is reminded of another Canadian star that made it
big in Hollywood, but to less dangerous results, the irrepressible,
Michael J. Fox.

Corey shot to fame in such 1980's movie classics as
"License To Drive" "Lucas" and "Lost
Boys." Though he has been engaged, he never married due to sad
situations breaking relationships up.

Haim began using drugs, like most
other teen stars in Hollywood and it became a life long struggle,
battling said addiction. At times, Haim was alone and the loneliness may
have worsened his addiction.
Michael J. Fox, who began acting in his teens, became
famous in his twenties for roles in such films as the "Back To The
Future" trilogy, "The Secret Of My Success," "Teen
Wolf" and Alex P. Keaton on the TV show "Family Ties."
Fox reportedly had difficulties with alcohol.
Both men are talented actors, but getting married fairly
early (age 26) and having children with wife, Tracey Pollan, may have
grounded Fox, centering him and creating a driving force in his life, to
want to do better.
As with the early deaths of Hollywood
actors River Pheonix, Brad Renfro and Heath Ledger, the passing of Corey
Haim is another sad reminder of the pitfalls of fame in tinsel town.

Reports originally indicated the attorney for,
Lil Wayne, requested the pint-sized rapper be placed in protective
custody in the Riker's Island prison, where he currently bends
sits on gun charges he was convicted of this month. However, some
reports now claim he is in the general population, which is unwise.
Therefore, is Lil Wanye's modesty safe in prison. I
wonder how many dudes are singing love songs to Lil Wayne in prison when
the lights go down, scaring him through his cell. Is he safe in the
shower? What will happen to him if he does accidentally drop the soap?
Will he be cornered in the prison yard? Will his reputed connection to
the Bloods street gang protect him or are they outnumbered?
And the moral of the story is, do not carry illegal
guns. Leave the security up to the professional, licensed bodyguards. It
is not worth your freedom...or modesty.

marriage to disgraceful rapper, Jay-Z, who she reportedly signed a
poorly put together prenup. She reportedly has to pay him $10,000,000 if

married.
What struck me the most about the article is her
terrible use of the English language, which go contrary to her claims
that she is a songwriter. No one with such poor diction could have
authored songs. She uses words in the wrong context, clearly not
grasping their meaning.
It sounds like she was quoting something told to her and
recited it incorrectly. For example, she stated,
"Anyone who thinks so, because of what? I do not deny that there is a
marriage contract. I would encourage any woman getting married to put
on such a treaty, it will gain more influence on self-esteem. For

U.S. President Barack Obama decried the erosion of education in
America and has pledged to devote more funds to improving schools and
universities.
It should also be noted, pop culture entertainment is also
contributing to eroding kids minds and test scores, as the standards
Hollywood has put forth are so low, children seeking to emulate them,
end up aspiring to the wrong things.
Hollywood often knocks intelligence prompting the most sexist and
racist stereotypes, some kids feel the need to fall between, when it
does not define and determine who they are as people.
I heard an excerpt of a rap song today, right before I turned it off,
regarding a rapper decrying education. In the lyrics he braggingly
referred to himself as uneducated and stated women that did well in
school, now lunge after the dollars he throws on the ground, equating
them to strippers.
China Slams And Excoriates U.S.

The Chinese government excoriated the U.S. government as
"hypocritical" via denouncing Washington's meddling in other
nations' affairs and condemning other countries, while human rights
abuses in the United States against Americans and residents continues
unabated.
The rebuke was in response to a derogatory report the U.S. government
issued on China. The Chinese government also took its American counterparts in
Washington to task, for the current global financial crisis, which began
in the U.S. corporate sector, that former President George W. Bush, left
unattended, labeling in "a free market" which allowed
financial corruption to take root and destroy the financial portfolios
of many people in America.
The Chinese government stated, as a result of said lax financial
policies and lack of corporate policing, many "People are suffering
all over the world" having lost their homes, bank accounts and
lifesavings.
China is the largest holder of U.S. debt and has become concerned
regarding the $1 trillion dollars it is owed, in the face of the
devaluation of the U.S. dollar, due to increased spending in Washington
over the past year, in trying to correct former President George W.
Bush's horrific decisions.

hypocrisy on Friday for its criticism of Beijing's restrictions on the
Internet and dissent, blaming the United States for the financial crisis
and saying its own rights record was terrible.
In its annual survey of human rights in 194 countries issued on
Thursday, the U.S. State Department criticized China, along with Cuba,
Myanmar, North Korea and Russia.
China's State Council Information Office, or cabinet spokesman's office,
issued its own annual assessment of the United States' human rights
record in response, and this year it dwelt on America's economic woes.
"The United States not only has a terrible domestic human rights record,
it is also the main source of many human rights disasters worldwide,"
the Chinese report said, according to the official Xinhua news agency.
"Especially a time when the world is suffering serious human rights
disasters caused by the global financial crisis sparked by the U.S.
sub-prime crisis, the U.S. government has ignored its own grave human
rights problems and reveled in accusing other countries."...
The latest Chinese counter-blast to U.S.
criticisms said Washington should concentrate on "improving its own
human rights."

U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, has been slammed for
hiding documents from Congress, relevant to his appointment to the post,
by President Obama.
Holder authored reports and papers that needed to be
submitted to Congress, during the time period they were vetting him for
the job, but he hid them, which is a violation of the rules.
Mr. Holder seems to be fond of hiding documents, which
tells the world he is not fit for the post. Following this line of
corruption is going to get him in massive international trouble one day.

provide senators considering his nomination last year with all of the
legal papers he had signed or written while in private practice, Justice
Department officials disclosed Friday.

States, knowing he had terror ties, only for him to flee to Yemen and
murder a security guard at a hospital.

Mobley under surveillance in America, but inexplicably did not bring him
in, though he is a radicalized Muslim that made contact with Al Qaeda.

U.S. citizen accused in
Yemen killing had been under FBI watch
Saturday, March 13, 2010 - Sharif Mobley, a U.S. citizen accused of
killing a hospital guard in Yemen, is believed to be a homegrown radical
who left this country to make direct contact with al-Qaeda, according to
U.S. counterterrorism officials, making him the latest in a string of
such suspects.
Mobley, 26, first came to public attention Wednesday, when Yemeni
authorities reported that he had grabbed a guard's gun during a medical
visit last weekend after being arrested in a sweep of suspected al-Qaeda
militants.
Several U.S. officials, all of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity,
said Mobley had been in custody in Yemen for at least several weeks
before the shooting and had been known to U.S. and Yemeni authorities
for a considerable period before that. "He's been a matter of some
concern for a while," according to one official.
The officials said FBI investigations had been underway in Delaware,
among the places that Mobley had lived, and in New Jersey, where he was
born and was once employed as a maintenance worker in nuclear power
plants. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission said Friday that he also
worked at nuclear plants in Pennsylvania and at Maryland's Calvert
Cliffs but that it had no reason to believe he had had access to
sensitive material, news services reported...

The 4 prescriptions pill bottles found on the late actor, Corey Haim,
who reportedly overdosed a few days ago, were apart of an illegal drug
ring, according to the California Attorney General.
Haim was found with prescriptions pill bottles containing drugs such
as the painkiller Oxycontin and the anti-anxiety medication Valium.
In related news, the city of Toronto will be paying for Haim to
be buried in his native Canada. The
memorabilia company that auctioned some of Haim's belongings will
also present his mother with a $20,000.
Haim joins a long list of Hollywood stars that have died recently in
tragic circumstances.
