In a stupefying show of disapproval, world leaders snubbed outgoing U.S. president George W. Bush at the G20 summit, by not shaking his hand in a two-line parade of heads of state.

It is clear the international community is angry with Bush for the chaos, financial devastation and gloom his policies have caused in the world.
