"40,000 Troops to Afghanistan?" - CBS

40,000 more troops have been requested from U.S. President Barack Obama, for combat in Afghanistan. The lowest estimate furnished is 10,000 troops, with the ideal target amount being 40,000. Afghanistan is going to become Obama's waterloo, if they charge ahead with this plan. The Judiciary Report and many others are not for this course of action.

America's creditors, such as China, are already concerned and questioning the country's debt level. This surge via 40,000 troops is going to create massive expenditures. Not to mention, terrible loss of life.
